I will order Assyria to walk on my people as if they were walking on mud.

God has turned me over to sinful people. He has handed me over to them.

He shoots his arrows at me from all sides. Without pity, he stabs me in the kidneys. He spills my insides on the ground.

Instead, I will give it to those who made you suffer. They said to you,‘ Fall down flat on the ground. Then we can walk all over you.’ And that is exactly what you did. You made your back like a street to be walked on.”
