“ Now give a pledge. Be collateral for me with yourself. Who is there who will strike hands with me?

“愿你亲自为我付押担保。谁还会与我击掌呢？

“愿你亲自为我付押担保。谁还会与我击掌呢？

上帝啊，求你为我作保。除你以外，谁肯做我的保人？

愿你给我保证，亲自为我作保；除你以外有谁肯与我击掌作保呢？

願主拿憑據給我，自己為我作保。在你以外誰肯與我擊掌呢？

上帝啊，求你為我作保。除你以外，誰肯做我的保人？

願你給我保證，親自為我作保；除你以外有誰肯與我擊掌作保呢？

『願主拿保證給我，親自為我作保；有誰肯同我頓手，為我擔保呢？

祈給一質、自為我保、爾外、誰與我拊掌乎、

我欲於主前明辯而弗敢、誰保其不怒乎。願主遺我以質。

願主賜我一質、主自為我作保、在主之外、誰願與我擊掌為我作保乎、

“ Give me, O God, the pledge you demand. Who else will put up security for me?

“ God, please pay the price to have me set free. Who else would put up money for me?

“ Lay down a pledge for me with you; who is there who will put up security for me?

“ You must defend my innocence, O God, since no one else will stand up for me.

Accept my pledge! Put up security for me. Who else will be my sponsor?

“ Make a pledge for me with Yourself; Who is there that will be my guarantor?

“ Now put down a pledge for me with Yourself. Who is he who will shake hands with me?

Give now a pledge, be surety for me with thyself; Who is there that will strike hands with me?

Make arrangements! Put up security for me. Who else will be my sponsor?

Lay down now, put me in a surety with thee; who[ is] he[ that] will strike hands with me?

Make then my pledge with you. Who else will put up security for me?

He who is collateral for a stranger will suffer for it, but he who refuses pledges of collateral is secure.

Take the garment of one who puts up collateral for a stranger; and hold him in pledge for a wayward woman.

By so much, Jesus has become the collateral of a better covenant.

I chattered like a swallow or a crane. I moaned like a dove. My eyes weaken looking upward. Lord, I am oppressed. Be my security.”

Ensure your servant’s well- being. Don’t let the proud oppress me.

There is no umpire between us, that might lay his hand on us both.

A man void of understanding strikes hands, and becomes collateral in the presence of his neighbor.

For your servant became collateral for the boy to my father, saying,‘ If I don’t bring him to you, then I will bear the blame to my father forever.’

I’ll be collateral for him. From my hand will you require him. If I don’t bring him to you, and set him before you, then let me bear the blame forever;

so your poverty will come as a robber, and your scarcity as an armed man.

Don’t you be one of those who strike hands, of those who are collateral for debts.
