Now that I have prepared my case, I know I will be vindicated.

I’ve prepared my case. And I know I’ll be proved right.

Though I be righteous, mine own mouth shall condemn me: Though I be perfect, it shall prove me perverse.

Put me in remembrance; let us plead together: set thou forth thy cause, that thou mayest be justified.

That he would maintain the right of a man with God, And of a son of man with his neighbor!

Gird up thy loins now like a man: I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto me.Wilt thou even annul my judgment? Wilt thou condemn me, that thou mayest be justified?

For our glorying is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in holiness and sincerity of God, not in fleshly wisdom but in the grace of God, we behaved ourselves in the world, and more abundantly to you- ward.
