The LORD said to Satan,“ Where have you come from?” And Satan answered the LORD,“ From roving about on the earth, and from walking back and forth across it.”

耶和华问撒但说：“你从哪里来？”撒但回答说：“我从地上走来走去，往返而来。”

耶和华对撒但说：“你从哪里来？”撒但回答耶和华说：“我从地上走来走去，在那里往返。”

耶和华问撒旦：“你从哪里来？”撒旦答道：“我在地上到处游走。”

耶和华问撒但：“你从哪里来？”撒但回答耶和华说：“我在地上徘徊，走来走去。”

耶和華問撒但說：「你從哪裏來？」撒但回答說：「我從地上走來走去，往返而來。」

耶和華對撒但說：「你從哪裏來？」撒但回答耶和華說：「我從地上走來走去，在那裏往返。」

耶和華對撒但說：「你從哪裏來？」撒但回答耶和華說：「我從地上走來走去，在那裏往返。」

耶和華問撒旦：「你從哪裡來？」撒旦答道：「我在地上到處遊走。」

耶和華問撒但：“你從哪裡來？”撒但回答耶和華說：“我在地上徘徊，走來走去。”

永恆主問撒但說：『你從哪裏來？』撒但回答永恆主說：『我是漫遊地上、在那上面走來走去、回來的。』

耶和華謂撒但曰、爾奚自、對曰、徧歷塵寰、往來其間而返、

耶和華問撒但曰、汝奚自、對曰、我遍歷塵寰、往來靡定。

主問撒但曰、爾自何來、撒但對主曰、我遨遊徧地、周行地上而來、

The Lord said to Satan,“ Where have you come from?” Satan answered the Lord,“ From roaming throughout the earth, going back and forth on it.”

The Lord said to Satan,“ Where have you come from?” Satan answered,“ From traveling all around the earth. I’ve been going from one end of it to the other.”

The Lord said to Satan,“ From where have you come?” Satan answered the Lord and said,“ From going to and fro on the earth, and from walking up and down on it.”

“ Where have you come from?” the Lord asked Satan. Satan answered the Lord,“ I have been patrolling the earth, watching everything that’s going on.”

The LORD asked Satan,“ Where have you come from?”“ From roaming through the earth,” Satan answered him,“ and walking around on it.”

The Lord said to Satan,“ From where do you come?” Satan answered the Lord and said,“ From roaming about on the earth and walking around on it.”

And the Lord said to Satan,“ From where do you come?” So Satan answered the Lord and said,“ From going to and fro on the earth, and from walking back and forth on it.”

And Jehovah said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered Jehovah, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.

The Lord asked Satan,“ Where have you come from?”“ From roaming through the earth,” Satan answered Him,“ and walking around on it.”

And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.

Yahweh said to Satan,“ Where have you come from?” Then Satan answered Yahweh, and said,“ From going back and forth in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.”

Be sober and alert. Your enemy the devil, like a roaring lion, is on the prowl looking for someone to devour.

When he came and stood before his master, Elisha asked him,“ Where have you been, Gehazi?” He answered,“ Your servant hasn’t been anywhere.”

And the LORD said to Satan,“ Where do you come from?” Satan answered the LORD,“ From roving about on the earth, and from walking back and forth across it.”

“ When an unclean spirit goes out of a person, it passes through waterless places looking for rest but does not find it.

So that huge dragon– the ancient serpent, the one called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world– was thrown down to the earth, and his angels along with him.

Therefore you heavens rejoice, and all who reside in them! But woe to the earth and the sea because the devil has come down to you! He is filled with terrible anger, for he knows that he only has a little time!”Now when the dragon realized that he had been thrown down to the earth, he pursued the woman who had given birth to the male child.But the woman was given the two wings of a giant eagle so that she could fly out into the wilderness, to the place God prepared for her, where she is taken care of– away from the presence of the serpent– for a time, times, and half a time.Then the serpent spouted water like a river out of his mouth after the woman in an attempt to sweep her away by a flood,but the earth came to her rescue; the ground opened up and swallowed the river that the dragon had spewed from his mouth.So the dragon became enraged at the woman and went away to make war on the rest of her children, those who keep God’s commandments and hold to the testimony about Jesus.

and will go out to deceive the nations at the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to bring them together for the battle. They are as numerous as the grains of sand in the sea.

Then the man standing among the myrtle trees spoke up and said,“ These are the ones whom the LORD has sent to walk about on the earth.”The riders then agreed with the angel of the LORD, who was standing among the myrtle trees,“ We have been walking about on the earth, and now everything is at rest and quiet.”

All these strong ones are scattering; they have sought permission to go and walk about over the earth.” The Lord had said,“ Go! Walk about over the earth!” So they are doing so.
