這個人還在說話的時候、又有一人來了；他說：『有猛烈的閃電像神火從天上降下，燒燬了羣羊和僮僕，把他們都滅盡了；只有我一人逃脫、來向你報告。』

他还说话的时候，又有人来说：“神从天上降下火来，将群羊和仆人都烧灭了；惟有我一人逃脱，来报信给你。”

他还说话的时候，又有人来说：“上帝从天上降下火来，把羊群和仆人都吞灭了；惟有我一人逃脱，来报信给你。”

言時、又一人至、曰、有烈火自天而降、焚燬羊群及僕、惟我一人逃遁以告爾、

While he was still speaking, another messenger came and said,“ The fire of God fell from the heavens and burned up the sheep and the servants, and I am the only one who has escaped to tell you!”

While he was still speaking, a second messenger came. He said,“ God sent lightning from the sky. It struck the sheep and killed them. It burned up some of the servants. I’m the only one who has escaped to tell you!”

While he was yet speaking, there came another and said,“ The fire of God fell from heaven and burned up the sheep and the servants and consumed them, and I alone have escaped to tell you.”

While he was still speaking, another messenger arrived with this news:“ The fire of God has fallen from heaven and burned up your sheep and all the shepherds. I am the only one who escaped to tell you.”

He was still speaking when another messenger came and reported,“ God’s fire fell from heaven. It burned the sheep and the servants and devoured them, and I alone have escaped to tell you!”

While he was still speaking, another came and said,“ The fire of God fell from heaven and burned up the sheep and the servants and consumed them, and I alone have escaped to tell you.”

While he was still speaking, another also came and said,“ The fire of God fell from heaven and burned up the sheep and the servants, and consumed them; and I alone have escaped to tell you!”

While he was yet speaking, there came also another, and said, The fire of God is fallen from heaven, and hath burned up the sheep and the servants, and consumed them; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee.

He was still speaking when another messenger came and reported:“ A lightning storm struck from heaven. It burned up the sheep and the servants and devoured them, and I alone have escaped to tell you!”

While he[ was] yet speaking, there came also another, and said, The fire of God is fallen from heaven, and hath burned up the sheep, and the servants, and consumed them; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee.

While this one was still speaking, another messenger arrived and said,“ The fire of God has fallen from heaven and has burned up the sheep and the servants– it has consumed them! And I– only I alone– escaped to tell you!”

While he was still speaking, there also came another, and said,“ The fire of God has fallen from the sky, and has burned up the sheep and the servants, and consumed them, and I alone have escaped to tell you.”

以利亞回答他們說：『我，我若是神人，那麼願火從天上降下來、燒滅你和你那五十人。』於是有上帝的火從天上降下來、燒滅了五十夫長和他那五十人。

當時永恆主從天上、永恆主那裏、下硫磺雨跟火雨、在所多瑪和蛾摩拉上頭；

於是永恆主的火便降下來，燒盡了燔祭、木柴、石頭、塵土，又把溝裏的水都餂燒乾了。

主永恆主這樣使我看見：看哪，主永恆主正在呼喚着燄火，火就吞滅了廣大深淵，並且將要把耕種地段也燒燬掉。

就有火從永恆主面前發出，燒滅他們，他們就死在永恆主面前。

牠又行大神迹，甚至在人面前叫火從天上降在地上。

以利亞回答五十夫長、說：『我，我若是神人，那麼願火從天上降下來、燒滅你和你那五十人。』於是有火從天上降下來、燒滅了五十夫長和他那五十人。

人民發了怨言、將苦處訴給永恆主聽；永恆主聽了，就發怒；永恆主的火便在他們中間燒着，燒燬了營盤一些邊地。人民向摩西哀叫，摩西禱告永恆主，火就熄了。那地方便名叫他備拉，因為永恆主的火在他們中間燒着。

於是在營中、在田野間、在眾民中、人都震顫發抖；駐防兵和遊擊兵呢、也都震顫發抖；地震動，顫抖之勢非常之大。

有火從永恆主面前出來，在祭壇上燒盡了燔祭和脂肪；眾民看見、就大聲歡呼，臉伏於地。

這雷轟和冰雹已經夠了：懇求永恆主吧！我就讓你們走，不再叫你們住在這裏。』

你看，已經有火從天上降下來、燒滅了頭兩個五十夫長和他們各自帶領的五十人，現在願你看我的性命為寶貴。』
