爾豈非藩圍其身家、及凡所有乎、錫嘏其手所為、其產增益於地、

蓋爾藩衛其家、與凡所有、使所為亨通、群畜孳息、

爾豈未嘗藩衛其身與其家及凡所有、使其所為無不亨通、使其群畜蕃衍於地、

“ Have you not put a hedge around him and his household and everything he has? You have blessed the work of his hands, so that his flocks and herds are spread throughout the land.

Haven’t you guarded him and his family? Haven’t you taken care of everything he has? You have blessed everything he does. His flocks and herds are spread all through the land.

Have you not put a hedge around him and his house and all that he has, on every side? You have blessed the work of his hands, and his possessions have increased in the land.

You have always put a wall of protection around him and his home and his property. You have made him prosper in everything he does. Look how rich he is!

The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, And rescues them.

who are protected by the power of God through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

And all these blessings will come to you and reach you if you obey the Lord your God:“ Blessed will you be in the city, and blessed will you be in the country.“ Blessed will be the children of your womb, the produce of your ground, and the offspring of your animals: the newborn of your herd and the young of your flock.“ Blessed will be your basket and your kneading bowl.“ Blessed will you be when you come in, and blessed will you be when you go out.

But I,’ declares the Lord,‘ will be a wall of fire to her on all sides, and I will be the glory in her midst.’ ”

It is the blessing of the Lord that makes rich, And He adds no sorrow to it.

For the Lord of armies says this:“ After glory He has sent me against the nations that plunder you, for the one who touches you, touches the apple of His eye.

If I have gloated because my wealth was great, And because my hand had obtained so much;

He also blesses them and they multiply greatly, And He does not let their cattle decrease.

May the kindness of the Lord our God be upon us; And confirm for us the work of our hands; Yes, confirm the work of our hands.

They were a wall to us both by night and by day, all the time we were with them tending the sheep.

From the God of your father who helps you, And by the Almighty who blesses you With blessings of heaven above, Blessings of the deep that lies beneath, Blessings of the breasts and of the womb.

He dug it all around, cleared it of stones, And planted it with the choicest vine. And He built a tower in the middle of it, And also carved out a wine vat in it; Then He expected it to produce good grapes, But it produced only worthless ones.

Blessed is everyone who fears the Lord, Who walks in His ways.When you eat the fruit of the labor of your hands, You will be happy and it will go well for you.Your wife will be like a fruitful vine Within your house, Your children like olive plants Around your table.Behold, for so shall a man Who fears the Lord be blessed.

And He will love you, bless you, and make you numerous; He will also bless the fruit of your womb and the fruit of your ground, your grain, your new wine, and your oil, the newborn of your cattle and the offspring of your flock, in the land which He swore to your forefathers to give you.

His possessions were seven thousand sheep, three thousand camels, five hundred yoke of oxen, five hundred female donkeys, and very many servants; and that man was the greatest of all the men of the east.

When my steps were bathed in cream, And the rock poured out streams of oil for me!
