於是若輩復召夙盲之人、而語之曰：『汝其以天主光榮為懷！吾人明知彼乃罪人。』

A second time they summoned the man who had been blind.“ Give glory to God by telling the truth,” they said.“ We know this man is a sinner.”

Again the Pharisees called the man who had been blind to come to them.“ Give glory to God by telling the truth!” they said.“ We know that the man who healed you is a sinner.”

So for the second time they called the man who had been blind and said to him,“ Give glory to God. We know that this man is a sinner.”

Now Joshua said to Achan,“ My son, I beg you, give glory to the Lord God of Israel, and make confession to Him, and tell me now what you have done; do not hide it from me.”

Therefore some of the Pharisees said,“ This Man is not from God, because He does not keep the Sabbath.” Others said,“ How can a man who is a sinner do such signs?” And there was a division among them.

They will put you out of the synagogues; yes, the time is coming that whoever kills you will think that he offers God service.

For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh,

They answered and said to him,“ If He were not an evildoer, we would not have delivered Him up to you.”

that all should honor the Son just as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him.

For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge.For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted to the righteousness of God.For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.

Hear the word of the Lord, You who tremble at His word:“ Your brethren who hated you, Who cast you out for My name’s sake, said,‘ Let the Lord be glorified, That we may see your joy.’ But they shall be ashamed.”

Therefore, when the chief priests and officers saw Him, they cried out, saying,“ Crucify Him, crucify Him!” Pilate said to them,“ You take Him and crucify Him, for I find no fault in Him.”

Offer to God thanksgiving, And pay your vows to the Most High.Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me.”

Jesus answered,“ I do not have a demon; but I honor My Father, and you dishonor Me.

I will no longer talk much with you, for the ruler of this world is coming, and he has nothing in Me.

Now when the Pharisee who had invited Him saw this, he spoke to himself, saying,“ This man, if He were a prophet, would know who and what manner of woman this is who is touching Him, for she is a sinner.”

For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

And the Pharisees and scribes complained, saying,“ This Man receives sinners and eats with them.”

With Him they also crucified two robbers, one on His right and the other on His left.

Which of you convicts Me of sin? And if I tell the truth, why do you not believe Me?

But when they saw it, they all complained, saying,“ He has gone to be a guest with a man who is a sinner.”

Therefore you shall make images of your tumors and images of your rats that ravage the land, and you shall give glory to the God of Israel; perhaps He will lighten His hand from you, from your gods, and from your land.Why then do you harden your hearts as the Egyptians and Pharaoh hardened their hearts? When He did mighty things among them, did they not let the people go, that they might depart?Now therefore, make a new cart, take two milk cows which have never been yoked, and hitch the cows to the cart; and take their calves home, away from them.Then take the ark of the Lord and set it on the cart; and put the articles of gold which you are returning to Him as a trespass offering in a chest by its side. Then send it away, and let it go.And watch: if it goes up the road to its own territory, to Beth Shemesh, then He has done us this great evil. But if not, then we shall know that it is not His hand that struck us— it happened to us by chance.”
