Now Moses, in the law, commanded us that such should be stoned. But what do You say?”This they said, testing Him, that they might have something of which to accuse Him. But Jesus stooped down and wrote on the ground with His finger, as though He did not hear.

Then Pilate said to them,“ You take Him and judge Him according to your law.” Therefore the Jews said to him,“ It is not lawful for us to put anyone to death,”

So when the Syrians came down to him, Elisha prayed to the Lord, and said,“ Strike this people, I pray, with blindness.” And He struck them with blindness according to the word of Elisha.Now Elisha said to them,“ This is not the way, nor is this the city. Follow me, and I will bring you to the man whom you seek.” But he led them to Samaria.So it was, when they had come to Samaria, that Elisha said,“ Lord, open the eyes of these men, that they may see.” And the Lord opened their eyes, and they saw; and there they were, inside Samaria!

And they struck the men who were at the doorway of the house with blindness, both small and great, so that they became weary trying to find the door.

While you have the light, believe in the light, that you may become sons of light.” These things Jesus spoke, and departed, and was hidden from them.

Now when they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught Philip away, so that the eunuch saw him no more; and he went on his way rejoicing.But Philip was found at Azotus. And passing through, he preached in all the cities till he came to Caesarea.

But the one who was healed did not know who it was, for Jesus had withdrawn, a multitude being in that place.

and rose up and thrust Him out of the city; and they led Him to the brow of the hill on which their city was built, that they might throw Him down over the cliff.Then passing through the midst of them, He went His way.

Then they cried out with a loud voice, stopped their ears, and ran at him with one accord;

Therefore Jesus no longer walked openly among the Jews, but went from there into the country near the wilderness, to a city called Ephraim, and there remained with His disciples.
