Jesus answered,“ If I glorify Myself, My glory is nothing; it is My Father who glorifies Me, of whom you say,‘ He is our God’;

耶稣回答说：“我若荣耀自己，我的荣耀就算不得什么；荣耀我的乃是我的父，就是你们所说是你们的神。

耶稣回答：“我若荣耀自己，我的荣耀就算不了什么；荣耀我的是我的父，就是你们所说的你们的上帝。

耶稣回答：“我若荣耀自己，我的荣耀就算不了什么；荣耀我的是我的父，就是你们所说的你们的神。

耶稣说：“如果我为自己争取荣耀，那荣耀算不了什么。但使我得荣耀的是我的父，你们也称祂为你们的上帝。

耶稣回答：“如果我荣耀自己，我的荣耀就算不得什么；那使我得荣耀的是我的父，就是你们说是你们的神的那一位。

耶稣回答：“如果我荣耀自己，我的荣耀就算不得什么。荣耀我的是我的父，就是你们说‘他是我们的神’的那一位。

耶穌回答說：「我若榮耀自己，我的榮耀就算不得甚麼；榮耀我的乃是我的父，就是你們所說是你們的神。

耶穌回答：「我若榮耀自己，我的榮耀就算不了甚麼；榮耀我的是我的父，就是你們所說的你們的上帝。

耶穌回答：「我若榮耀自己，我的榮耀就算不了甚麼；榮耀我的是我的父，就是你們所說的你們的神。

耶穌說：「如果我為自己爭取榮耀，那榮耀算不了什麼。但使我得榮耀的是我的父，你們也稱祂為你們的上帝。

耶穌回答：“如果我榮耀自己，我的榮耀就算不得甚麼；那使我得榮耀的是我的父，就是你們說是你們的神的那一位。

耶穌回答說：『我若榮耀我自己，我的榮耀就算不了甚麼。榮耀我的乃是我的父，就是你們所說是你們的上帝的，

耶穌回答：「如果我榮耀自己，我的榮耀就算不得什麼。榮耀我的是我的父，就是你們說『他是我們的神』的那一位。

耶穌曰、我若自榮、我榮則無矣、榮我者乃我父、即爾所言爾之上帝也、

耶穌曰、我若自榮、則不得為榮、榮我者父、即爾所稱爾之上帝、

耶穌曰、若我自榮、我榮則虛、榮我者乃我父、即爾所言為爾天主者、

耶穌曰：『予若自榮、亦何榮之有？榮予者吾父也！吾父非他、即爾自言為爾天主者是。

Jesus replied,“ If I glorify myself, my glory means nothing. My Father, whom you claim as your God, is the one who glorifies me.

Jesus replied,“ If I bring glory to myself, my glory means nothing. You claim that my Father is your God. He is the one who brings glory to me.

Jesus answered,“ If I glorify myself, my glory is nothing. It is my Father who glorifies me, of whom you say,‘ He is our God.’

Jesus answered,“ If I want glory for myself, it doesn’t count. But it is my Father who will glorify me. You say,‘ He is our God,’

“ If I glorify myself,” Jesus answered,“ my glory is nothing. My Father— about whom you say,‘ He is our God’— he is the one who glorifies me.

Jesus answered,“ If I honor Myself, My honor is nothing. It is My Father who honors Me, of whom you say that He is your God.

Jesus answered, If I glorify myself, my glory is nothing: it is my Father that glorifieth me; of whom ye say, that he is your God;

“ If I glorify Myself,” Jesus answered,“ My glory is nothing. My Father— you say about Him,‘ He is our God’— He is the One who glorifies Me.

Jesus answered, If I honour myself, my honour is nothing: it is my Father that honoureth me; of whom ye say, that he is your God:

Jesus replied,“ If I glorify myself, my glory is worthless. The one who glorifies me is my Father, about whom you people say,‘ He is our God.’

Jesus answered,“ If I glorify myself, my glory is nothing. It is my Father who glorifies me, of whom you say that he is our God.

But I am not seeking My glory; there is One who seeks it, and judges.

It is not good to eat much honey, Nor is it glory to search out one’s own glory.

For it is not the one who commends himself that is approved, but the one whom the Lord commends.

For when He received honor and glory from God the Father, such a declaration as this was made to Him by the Majestic Glory:“ This is My beloved Son with whom I am well pleased”—

Jesus spoke these things; and raising His eyes to heaven, He said,“ Father, the hour has come; glorify Your Son, so that the Son may glorify You,

He will glorify Me, for He will take from Mine and will disclose it to you.All things that the Father has are Mine; this is why I said that He takes from Mine and will disclose it to you.

For this reason also God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name,so that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth,and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Therefore when he had left, Jesus* said,“ Now is the Son of Man glorified, and God is glorified in Him;if God is glorified in Him, God will also glorify Him in Himself, and will glorify Him immediately.

For not even the Father judges anyone, but He has given all judgment to the Son,so that all will honor the Son just as they honor the Father. The one who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him.“ Truly, truly, I say to you, the one who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.Truly, truly, I say to you, a time is coming and even now has arrived, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live.For just as the Father has life in Himself, so He gave to the Son also to have life in Himself;and He gave Him authority to execute judgment, because He is the Son of Man.Do not be amazed at this; for a time is coming when all who are in the tombs will hear His voice,and will come out: those who did the good deeds to a resurrection of life, those who committed the bad deeds to a resurrection of judgment.

“ If I alone testify about Myself, My testimony is not true.There is another who testifies about Me, and I know that the testimony which He gives about Me is true.

“ I kept looking in the night visions, And behold, with the clouds of heaven One like a son of man was coming, And He came up to the Ancient of Days And was presented before Him.And to Him was given dominion, Honor, and a kingdom, So that all the peoples, nations, and populations of all languages Might serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion Which will not pass away; And His kingdom is one Which will not be destroyed.

The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified His servant Jesus, the one whom you handed over and disowned in the presence of Pilate, when he had decided to release Him.

The Lord says to my Lord:“ Sit at My right hand Until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet.”The Lord will stretch out Your strong scepter from Zion, saying,“ Rule in the midst of Your enemies.”Your people will volunteer freely on the day of Your power; In holy splendor, from the womb of the dawn, Your youth are to You as the dew.The Lord has sworn and will not change His mind,“ You are a priest forever According to the order of Melchizedek.”

who through Him are believers in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.

And now You, Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world existed.

“ But as for Me, I have installed My King Upon Zion, My holy mountain.”“ I will announce the decree of the Lord: He said to Me,‘ You are My Son, Today I have fathered You.Ask it of Me, and I will certainly give the nations as Your inheritance, And the ends of the earth as Your possession.You shall break them with a rod of iron, You shall shatter them like earthenware.’ ”Now then, you kings, use insight; Let yourselves be instructed, you judges of the earth.Serve the Lord with reverence And rejoice with trembling.Kiss the Son, that He not be angry and you perish on the way, For His wrath may be kindled quickly. How blessed are all who take refuge in Him!

The one who speaks from himself seeks his own glory; but He who is seeking the glory of the One who sent Him, He is true, and there is no unrighteousness in Him.

And no one takes the honor for himself, but receives it when he is called by God, just as Aaron also was.So too Christ did not glorify Himself in becoming a high priest, but it was He who said to Him,“ You are My Son, Today I have fathered You”;

“ Hear this, house of Jacob, who are named Israel And who came from the waters of Judah, Who swear by the name of the Lord And invoke the God of Israel, But not in truth nor in righteousness.For they name themselves after the holy city, And lean on the God of Israel; The Lord of armies is His name.

But if you call yourself a Jew and rely upon the Law and boast in God,and know His will and distinguish the things that matter, being instructed from the Law,and are confident that you yourself are a guide to people who are blind, a light to those in darkness,a corrector of the foolish, a teacher of the immature, possessing in the Law the embodiment of knowledge and of the truth—you, therefore, who teach someone else, do you not teach yourself? You who preach that one is not to steal, do you steal?You who say that one is not to commit adultery, do you commit adultery? You who loathe idols, do you rob temples?You who boast in the Law, through your breaking the Law, do you dishonor God?For“ the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you,” just as it is written.For indeed circumcision is of value if you practice the Law; but if you are a violator of the Law, your circumcision has turned into uncircumcision.So if the uncircumcised man keeps the requirements of the Law, will his uncircumcision not be regarded as circumcision?And he who is physically uncircumcised, if he keeps the Law, will he not judge you who though having the letter of the Law and circumcision are a violator of the Law?For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh.But he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the letter; and his praise is not from people, but from God.

But this He said in reference to the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive; for the Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.

It was revealed to them that they were not serving themselves, but you, in these things which now have been announced to you through those who preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven— things into which angels long to look.

I do not receive glory from people;

You are doing the deeds of your father.” They said to Him,“ We were not born as a result of sexual immorality; we have one Father: God.”

which He brought about in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places,far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come.And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and made Him head over all things to the church,which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.

Hear the word of the Lord, you who tremble at His word:“ Your brothers who hate you, who exclude you on account of My name, Have said,‘ Let the Lord be glorified, so that we may see your joy.’ But they will be put to shame.

And the Lord said,“ Name him Lo ammi, because you are not My people, and I am not your God.”

This beginning of His signs Jesus did in Cana of Galilee, and revealed His glory; and His disciples believed in Him.
