Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.

And yet if I judge, my judgment is true: for I am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me.

Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect,[ in whom] my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles.

Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me.

Then I said, I have laboured in vain, I have spent my strength for nought, and in vain:[ yet] surely my judgment[ is] with the LORD, and my work with my God.And now, saith the LORD that formed me from the womb[ to be] his servant, to bring Jacob again to him, Though Israel be not gathered, yet shall I be glorious in the eyes of the LORD, and my God shall be my strength.And he said, It is a light thing that thou shouldest be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou mayest be my salvation unto the end of the earth.Thus saith the LORD, the Redeemer of Israel,[ and] his Holy One, to him whom man despiseth, to him whom the nation abhorreth, to a servant of rulers, Kings shall see and arise, princes also shall worship, because of the LORD that is faithful,[ and] the Holy One of Israel, and he shall choose thee.Thus saith the LORD, In an acceptable time have I heard thee, and in a day of salvation have I helped thee: and I will preserve thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, to establish the earth, to cause to inherit the desolate heritages;

If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love.

While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.

Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.Believe me that I[ am] in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake.

I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.

For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as[ we are, yet] without sin.

I the LORD have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles;

But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.

The LORD is well pleased for his righteousness’ sake; he will magnify the law, and make[ it] honourable.

And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

For such an high priest became us,[ who is] holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;

The Lord GOD hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to[ him that is] weary: he wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned.The Lord GOD hath opened mine ear, and I was not rebellious, neither turned away back.I gave my back to the smiters, and my cheeks to them that plucked off the hair: I hid not my face from shame and spitting.For the Lord GOD will help me; therefore shall I not be confounded: therefore have I set my face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be ashamed.[ He is] near that justifieth me; who will contend with me? let us stand together: who[ is] mine adversary? let him come near to me.Behold, the Lord GOD will help me; who[ is] he[ that] shall condemn me? lo, they all shall wax old as a garment; the moth shall eat them up.

Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered;And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;

Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me:In burnt offerings and[ sacrifices] for sin thou hast had no pleasure.Then said I, Lo, I come( in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and[ offering] for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure[ therein]; which are offered by the law;Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once[ for all].
