And He was saying to them,“ You are from below, I am from above; you are of this world, I am not of this world.

But he continued,“ You are from below; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world.

But Jesus said,“ You are from below. I am from heaven. You are from this world. I am not from this world.

Jesus continued,“ You are from below; I am from above. You belong to this world; I do not.

“ You are from below,” he told them,“ I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world.

And He said to them,“ You are from beneath; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world.

And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world.

“ You are from below,” He told them,“ I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world.

And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world.

Jesus replied,“ You people are from below; I am from above. You people are from this world; I am not from this world.

He said to them,“ You are from beneath. I am from above. You are of this world. I am not of this world.

“ He who comes from above is above all; the one who is only from the earth is of the earth and speaks of the earth. He who comes from heaven is above all.

Do not love the world nor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life, is not from the Father, but is from the world.

I have given them Your word; and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.

They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.

They are from the world, therefore they speak as from the world, and the world listens to them.We are from God. The one who knows God listens to us; the one who is not from God does not listen to us. By this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error.

And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us; and we saw His glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.

You adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore whoever wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.

because the mind set on the flesh is hostile toward God; for it does not subject itself to the law of God, for it is not even able to do so,and those who are in the flesh cannot please God.

We know that we are of God, and that the whole world lies in the power of the evil one.And we know that the Son of God has come, and has given us understanding so that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life.

This wisdom is not that which comes down from above, but is earthly, natural, demonic.For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there is disorder and every evil thing.But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peace loving, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial, free of hypocrisy.

“ If the world hates you, you know that it has hated Me before it hated you.If you were of the world, the world would love you as its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, because of this the world hates you.

whose end is destruction, whose god is their appetite, and whose glory is in their shame, who have their minds on earthly things.For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ;who will transform the body of our lowly condition into conformity with His glorious body, by the exertion of the power that He has even to subject all things to Himself.

As for the works of mankind, by the word of Your lips I have kept from the ways of the violent.

No one has ascended into heaven, except He who descended from heaven: the Son of Man.

The first man is from the earth, earthy; the second man is from heaven.As is the earthy one, so also are those who are earthy; and as is the heavenly one, so also are those who are heavenly.
