And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world.

But he continued,“ You are from below; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world.

But Jesus said,“ You are from below. I am from heaven. You are from this world. I am not from this world.

He said to them,“ You are from below; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world.

Jesus continued,“ You are from below; I am from above. You belong to this world; I do not.

“ You are from below,” he told them,“ I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world.

And He was saying to them,“ You are from below, I am from above; you are of this world, I am not of this world.

And He said to them,“ You are from beneath; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world.

“ You are from below,” He told them,“ I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world.

And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world.

Jesus replied,“ You people are from below; I am from above. You people are from this world; I am not from this world.

He said to them,“ You are from beneath. I am from above. You are of this world. I am not of this world.

He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is of the earth, and of the earth he speaketh: he that cometh from heaven is above all.

Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the vainglory of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

I have given them thy word; and the world hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

They are of the world: therefore speak they as of the world, and the world heareth them.We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he who is not of God heareth us not. By this we know the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us( and we beheld his glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father), full of grace and truth.

Ye adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Whosoever therefore would be a friend of the world maketh himself an enemy of God.

because the mind of the flesh is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can it be:and they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

We know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in the evil one.And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.

This wisdom is not a wisdom that cometh down from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.For where jealousy and faction are, there is confusion and every vile deed.But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without variance, without hypocrisy.

If the world hateth you, ye know that it hath hated me before it hated you.If ye were of the world, the world would love its own: but because ye are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

whose end is perdition, whose god is the belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.For our citizenship is in heaven; whence also we wait for a Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:who shall fashion anew the body of our humiliation, that it may be conformed to the body of his glory, according to the working whereby he is able even to subject all things unto himself.

As for the works of men, by the word of thy lips I have kept me from the ways of the violent.

And no one hath ascended into heaven, but he that descended out of heaven, even the Son of man, who is in heaven.

The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is of heaven.As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.
