So he said to them again,“ I am going away, and you will seek me, and you will die in your sin. Where I am going, you cannot come.”

耶稣又对他们说：“我要去了，你们要找我，并且你们要死在罪中。我所去的地方，你们不能到。”

于是耶稣又对他们说：“我去了，你们会找我，而你们会死在自己的罪中；我所去的地方，你们不能去。”

耶穌又曰、我往矣、爾將尋我、而必死於爾罪、我往之所、爾不能至、

耶穌復謂眾曰、我往、爾必尋我、爾必死於爾罪中、我往之所、爾不能至、

耶穌復告人曰：『予往矣！爾曹追尋於予、而將死於罪孽之中、予之所往、爾莫得而至焉。』

Once more Jesus said to them,“ I am going away, and you will look for me, and you will die in your sin. Where I go, you cannot come.”

Once more Jesus said to them,“ I am going away. You will look for me, and you will die in your sin. You can’t come where I am going.”

Later Jesus said to them again,“ I am going away. You will search for me but will die in your sin. You cannot come where I am going.”

Then he said to them again,“ I’m going away; you will look for me, and you will die in your sin. Where I’m going, you cannot come.”

Then He said again to them,“ I am going away, and you will look for Me, and will die in your sin; where I am going, you cannot come.”

Then Jesus said to them again,“ I am going away, and you will seek Me, and will die in your sin. Where I go you cannot come.”

He said therefore again unto them, I go away, and ye shall seek me, and shall die in your sin: whither I go, ye cannot come.

Then He said to them again,“ I’m going away; you will look for Me, and you will die in your sin. Where I’m going, you cannot come.”

Then said Jesus again unto them, I go my way, and ye shall seek me, and shall die in your sins: whither I go, ye cannot come.

Then Jesus said to them again,“ I am going away, and you will look for me but will die in your sin. Where I am going you cannot come.”

Jesus said therefore again to them,“ I am going away, and you will seek me, and you will die in your sins. Where I go, you can’t come.”

You will seek me and you will not find me. Where I am you cannot come.”

I told you that you would die in your sins, for unless you believe that I am he you will die in your sins.”

Little children, yet a little while I am with you. You will seek me, and just as I said to the Jews, so now I also say to you,‘ Where I am going you cannot come.’

When the wicked dies, his hope will perish, and the expectation of wealth perishes too.

Then if anyone says to you,‘ Look, here is the Christ!’ or‘ There he is!’ do not believe it.For false christs and false prophets will arise and perform great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect.

No more shall there be in it an infant who lives but a few days, or an old man who does not fill out his days, for the young man shall die a hundred years old, and the sinner a hundred years old shall be accursed.

For I tell you, you will not see me again, until you say,‘ Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.’”

And you were dead in the trespasses and sins

His bones are full of his youthful vigor, but it will lie down with him in the dust.

“ Then he will say to those on his left,‘ Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.

Truly you set them in slippery places; you make them fall to ruin.How they are destroyed in a moment, swept away utterly by terrors!Like a dream when one awakes, O Lord, when you rouse yourself, you despise them as phantoms.

As the Lord your God lives, there is no nation or kingdom where my lord has not sent to seek you. And when they would say,‘ He is not here,’ he would take an oath of the kingdom or nation, that they had not found you.

The poor man died and was carried by the angels to Abraham’s side. The rich man also died and was buried,and in Hades, being in torment, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham far off and Lazarus at his side.And he called out,‘ Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus to dip the end of his finger in water and cool my tongue, for I am in anguish in this flame.’But Abraham said,‘ Child, remember that you in your lifetime received your good things, and Lazarus in like manner bad things; but now he is comforted here, and you are in anguish.And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been fixed, in order that those who would pass from here to you may not be able, and none may cross from there to us.’

If I say to the wicked,‘ You shall surely die,’ and you give him no warning, nor speak to warn the wicked from his wicked way, in order to save his life, that wicked person shall die for his iniquity, but his blood I will require at your hand.But if you warn the wicked, and he does not turn from his wickedness, or from his wicked way, he shall die for his iniquity, but you will have delivered your soul.

The wicked is overthrown through his evildoing, but the righteous finds refuge in his death.

So Jesus said to them,“ The light is among you for a little while longer. Walk while you have the light, lest darkness overtake you. The one who walks in the darkness does not know where he is going.

He said this to show by what kind of death he was going to die.

And these will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”

And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile and you are still in your sins.Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished.

And they said to him,“ Behold now, there are with your servants fifty strong men. Please let them go and seek your master. It may be that the Spirit of the Lord has caught him up and cast him upon some mountain or into some valley.” And he said,“ You shall not send.”But when they urged him till he was ashamed, he said,“ Send.” They sent therefore fifty men. And for three days they sought him but did not find him.
