Jesus answered and said unto them, Even if I bear witness of myself, my witness is true; for I know whence I came, and whither I go; but ye know not whence I come, or whither I go.

耶穌說：「我雖然為自己作見證，我的見證還是真的；因我知道我從哪裏來，往哪裏去；你們卻不知道我從哪裏來，往哪裏去。

耶穌回答他們說：『我就使為自己作見證，我的見證還是真實，因為我知道我從哪裏來，要往哪裏去；你們卻不知道我從哪裏來，要往哪裏去。

耶穌回答：「即使我為自己做見證，我的見證也是有效的，因為我知道我從哪裡來，往哪裡去；而你們卻不知道我從哪裡來，往哪裡去。

耶穌曰、我雖自證、其證乃真、蓋我自知何來何往、而爾不知也、

耶穌答曰、我雖為己作證、我證亦真、蓋我知我自何來何去、爾不知我自何來何去、

耶穌曰：『吾雖自證、吾證不虛、蓋予自知從何而來、向何而往；爾曹則不知予之何自何往也。

Jesus answered,“ Even if I testify on my own behalf, my testimony is valid, for I know where I came from and where I am going. But you have no idea where I come from or where I am going.

Jesus answered,“ Even if I am a witness about myself, what I say does count. I know where I came from. And I know where I am going. But you have no idea where I come from or where I am going.

Jesus answered,“ Even if I do bear witness about myself, my testimony is true, for I know where I came from and where I am going, but you do not know where I come from or where I am going.

Jesus told them,“ These claims are valid even though I make them about myself. For I know where I came from and where I am going, but you don’t know this about me.

“ Even if I testify about myself,” Jesus replied,“ My testimony is true, because I know where I came from and where I’m going. But you don’t know where I come from or where I’m going.

Jesus answered and said to them,“ Even if I am testifying about Myself, My testimony is true, because I know where I came from and where I am going; but you do not know where I come from or where I am going.

Jesus answered and said to them,“ Even if I bear witness of Myself, My witness is true, for I know where I came from and where I am going; but you do not know where I come from and where I am going.

“ Even if I testify about Myself,” Jesus replied,“ My testimony is valid, because I know where I came from and where I’m going. But you don’t know where I come from or where I’m going.

Jesus answered and said unto them, Though I bear record of myself,[ yet] my record is true: for I know whence I came, and whither I go; but ye cannot tell whence I come, and whither I go.

Jesus answered,“ Even if I testify about myself, my testimony is true, because I know where I came from and where I am going. But you people do not know where I came from or where I am going.

Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into his hands, and that he came forth from God, and goeth unto God,

I came out from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go unto the Father.

Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I say unto you I speak not from myself: but the Father abiding in me doeth his works.

Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I came forth and am come from God; for neither have I come of myself, but he sent me.

I am become foolish: ye compelled me; for I ought to have been commended of you: for in nothing was I behind the very chiefest apostles, though I am nothing.

Now the man Moses was very meek, above all the men that were upon the face of the earth.

Ye think all this time that we are excusing ourselves unto you. In the sight of God speak we in Christ. But all things, beloved, are for your edifying.

even as the Father knoweth me, and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep.

And to the angel of the church in Laodicea write: These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God:

for the words which thou gavest me I have given unto them; and they received them, and knew of a truth that I came forth from thee, and they believed that thou didst send me.

say ye of him, whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?

We know that God hath spoken unto Moses: but as for this man, we know not whence he is.The man answered and said unto them, Why, herein is the marvel, that ye know not whence he is, and yet he opened mine eyes.

The God and Father of the Lord Jesus, he who is blessed for evermore knoweth that I lie not.

Howbeit we know this man whence he is: but when the Christ cometh, no one knoweth whence he is.Jesus therefore cried in the temple, teaching and saying, Ye both know me, and know whence I am; and I am not come of myself, but he that sent me is true, whom ye know not.I know him; because I am from him, and he sent me.

Moreover from the time that I was appointed to be their governor in the land of Judah, from the twentieth year even unto the two and thirtieth year of Artaxerxes the king, that is, twelve years, I and my brethren have not eaten the bread of the governor.But the former governors that were before me were chargeable unto the people, and took of them bread and wine, besides forty shekels of silver; yea, even their servants bare rule over the people: but so did not I, because of the fear of God.Yea, also I continued in the work of this wall, neither bought we any land: and all my servants were gathered thither unto the work.Moreover there were at my table, of the Jews and the rulers, a hundred and fifty men, besides those that came unto us from among the nations that were round about us.Now that which was prepared for one day was one ox and six choice sheep; also fowls were prepared for me, and once in ten days store of all sorts of wine: yet for all this I demanded not the bread of the governor, because the bondage was heavy upon this people.Remember unto me, O my God, for good, all that I have done for this people.
