Even Jesus’ own brothers did not believe in him.

For even his own brothers did not believe in him.

His family heard about this. So they went to take charge of him. They said,“ He is out of his mind.”

He came to what was his own. But his own people did not accept him.Some people did accept him and did believe in his name. He gave them the right to become children of God.To be a child of God has nothing to do with human parents. Children of God are not born because of human choice or because a husband wants them to be born. They are born because of what God does.

Jesus’ brothers said to him,“ Leave Galilee and go to Judea. Then your disciples there will see the works that you do.

But when his brothers had left for the feast, he went also. But he went secretly, not openly.

Don’t trust your neighbors. Don’t put your faith in your friends. Be careful what you say even to your own wife.Sons don’t honor their fathers. Daughters refuse to obey their mothers. Daughters- in- law are against their mothers- in- law. A man’s enemies are the members of his own family.
