約瑟得夢、述於諸兄、諸兄憾之愈甚、約瑟曰、我所夢者、請聽之、吾儕於田束禾、我所束者起而立、爾所束者環而拜、諸兄曰、爾果將君我乎、抑轄我乎、故因其夢與言、而益憾之、約瑟復夢、告諸兄曰、我夢得其二矣、有日月十一星、皆拜我、約瑟告父兄時、父叱之曰、爾所夢者何耶、我與汝母汝兄、果將俯伏拜爾乎、諸兄嫉之、惟父誌其言、○

莫若殺之、擲於井、謂為惡獸所食、觀其夢有何徵驗、

遂遣其徒、同希律黨、就之曰、夫子、我知爾乃誠者、且以誠宣上帝道、亦不徇人、蓋不以貌取人也、納稅於該撒宜否、爾意若何、請告我、

彼得與十一使徒立而揚聲曰、猶太人、與凡居於耶路撒冷者、宜知此、試聽我言、
