Yet, because Moses gave you circumcision( though actually it did not come from Moses, but from the patriarchs), you circumcise a boy on the Sabbath.

第八天，婴儿要接受割礼。

你们所有的男子都要受割礼，这是我与你和你的子孙所立的约，你们要遵守。你们都要割包皮，作为我与你们立约的记号。你们世世代代的男子在出生后的第八日都要接受割礼。在你家里出生的和用钱从外族人那里买来的奴仆也要受割礼。不论是在你家里生的，还是你用钱买来的男子，都要接受割礼，这样你们的肉体上就有我永恒之约的记号。任何没有接受割礼的男子，要将他从民中铲除，因为他违背了我的约。”

那么，这种福分只给受割礼的人吗？还是也给没有受割礼的人呢？因为我们说，亚伯拉罕信上帝，就被算为义人。他究竟是怎么被算为义人的呢？是他受割礼以前呢？还是以后呢？不是以后，而是以前。他后来受割礼只不过是一个记号，表明他在受割礼前已经因信而被称为义人了。他因此成为一切未受割礼的信徒之父，使这些人也可以被算为义人。

我的意思是：四百三十年后颁布的律法不会废除上帝先前立下的约，以致应许落空。
