Anyone who chooses to do the will of God will find out whether my teaching comes from God or whether I speak on my own.

Here is how someone can find out whether my teaching comes from God or from me. That person must choose to do what God wants them to do.

Good and upright is the Lord; Therefore He teaches sinners in the way.The humble He guides in justice, And the humble He teaches His way.

Therefore let us, as many as are mature, have this mind; and if in anything you think otherwise, God will reveal even this to you.Nevertheless, to the degree that we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us be of the same mind.

He who is of God hears God’s words; therefore you do not hear, because you are not of God.”

Many shall be purified, made white, and refined, but the wicked shall do wickedly; and none of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand.

These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so.

Many nations shall come and say,“ Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, To the house of the God of Jacob; He will teach us His ways, And we shall walk in His paths.” For out of Zion the law shall go forth, And the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.

But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying,‘ Know the Lord,’ for they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the Lord. For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more.”

But the ones that fell on the good ground are those who, having heard the word with a noble and good heart, keep it and bear fruit with patience.

With my whole heart I have sought You; Oh, let me not wander from Your commandments!

But to you who fear My name The Sun of Righteousness shall arise With healing in His wings; And you shall go out And grow fat like stall-fed calves.

The secret of the Lord is with those who fear Him, And He will show them His covenant.

A highway shall be there, and a road, And it shall be called the Highway of Holiness. The unclean shall not pass over it, But it shall be for others. Whoever walks the road, although a fool, Shall not go astray.

Let us know, Let us pursue the knowledge of the Lord. His going forth is established as the morning; He will come to us like the rain, Like the latter and former rain to the earth.

And he told us how he had seen an angel standing in his house, who said to him,‘ Send men to Joppa, and call for Simon whose surname is Peter,who will tell you words by which you and all your household will be saved.’

And Nathanael said to him,“ Can anything good come out of Nazareth?” Philip said to him,“ Come and see.”Jesus saw Nathanael coming toward Him, and said of him,“ Behold, an Israelite indeed, in whom is no deceit!”Nathanael said to Him,“ How do You know me?” Jesus answered and said to him,“ Before Philip called you, when you were under the fig tree, I saw you.”Nathanael answered and said to Him,“ Rabbi, You are the Son of God! You are the King of Israel!”

“ The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light.

There was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of what was called the Italian Regiment,a devout man and one who feared God with all his household, who gave alms generously to the people, and prayed to God always.About the ninth hour of the day he saw clearly in a vision an angel of God coming in and saying to him,“ Cornelius!”And when he observed him, he was afraid, and said,“ What is it, Lord?” So he said to him,“ Your prayers and your alms have come up for a memorial before God.Now send men to Joppa, and send for Simon whose surname is Peter.He is lodging with Simon, a tanner, whose house is by the sea. He will tell you what you must do.”
