Jesus answered,“ My teaching is not my own. It comes from the one who sent me.

Jesus answered,“ What I teach is not my own. It comes from the one who sent me.

So Jesus told them,“ My message is not my own; it comes from God who sent me.

So Jesus replied,“ My teaching is not from me, but from the one who sent me.

Anyone who does not love me will not obey my teaching. These words you hear are not my own; they belong to the Father who sent me.

Don’t you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you I do not speak on my own authority. Rather, it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his work.

For I gave them the words you gave me and they accepted them. They knew with certainty that I came from you, and they believed that you sent me.

So Jesus said,“ When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am he and that I do nothing on my own but speak just what the Father has taught me.

Very truly I tell you, we speak of what we know, and we testify to what we have seen, but still you people do not accept our testimony.

that all may honor the Son just as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father, who sent him.“ Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life.

For I did not speak on my own, but the Father who sent me commanded me to say all that I have spoken.I know that his command leads to eternal life. So whatever I say is just what the Father has told me to say.”

For I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me.And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all those he has given me, but raise them up at the last day.For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.”

I have given them your word and the world has hated them, for they are not of the world any more than I am of the world.

By myself I can do nothing; I judge only as I hear, and my judgment is just, for I seek not to please myself but him who sent me.

The one who comes from above is above all; the one who is from the earth belongs to the earth, and speaks as one from the earth. The one who comes from heaven is above all.

“ No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them, and I will raise them up at the last day.
