Then he said,“ That is why I said that people can’t come to me unless the Father gives them to me.”

耶稣又说：“所以我对你们说过，若不是蒙我父的恩赐，没有人能到我这里来。”

于是耶稣说：“所以，我对你们说过，若不是蒙我父的恩赐，没有人能到我这里来。”

祂继续说：“所以我曾对你们说，如果不是我父赐恩，没有人能到我这里来。”

耶稣跟着说：“所以我对你们说过，如果不是父所赐的，没有人能到我这里来。”

耶稣又说：“所以我告诉过你们：如果不是蒙父所赐，没有人能到我这里来。”

耶穌又說：「所以我對你們說過，若不是蒙我父的恩賜，沒有人能到我這裏來。」

於是耶穌說：「所以，我對你們說過，若不是蒙我父的恩賜，沒有人能到我這裏來。」

所以他說：『故此我對你們說，除非由父賜他，沒有人能來找我。』

耶穌又說：「所以我告訴過你們：如果不是蒙父所賜，沒有人能到我這裡來。」

又曰、故我嘗語爾、非父予之、無能就我也、○

又曰、我故言非我父予之、無能就我也、

又曰、緣此、我曾告爾云、非我父賜之、無人能就我、

第爾等中有不信者焉。』蓋誰屬無信、誰將叛己、耶穌自始知之。

He went on to say,“ This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless the Father has enabled them.”

So he continued speaking. He said,“ This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless the Father helps them.”

And he said,“ This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless it is granted him by the Father.”

He said,“ This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless it is granted to him by the Father.”

And He was saying,“ For this reason I have told you that no one can come to Me unless it has been granted him from the Father.”

And He said,“ Therefore I have said to you that no one can come to Me unless it has been granted to him by My Father.”

And he said, For this cause have I said unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it be given unto him of the Father.

He said,“ This is why I told you that no one can come to Me unless it is granted to him by the Father.”

And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father.

So Jesus added,“ Because of this I told you that no one can come to me unless the Father has allowed him to come.”

He said,“ For this cause I have said to you that no one can come to me, unless it is given to him by my Father.”

For no one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them to me, and at the last day I will raise them up.As it is written in the Scriptures,‘ They will all be taught by God.’ Everyone who listens to the Father and learns from him comes to me.

However, those the Father has given me will come to me, and I will never reject them.

John replied,“ No one can receive anything unless God gives it from heaven.

Gently instruct those who oppose the truth. Perhaps God will change those people’s hearts, and they will learn the truth.

But you don’t believe me because you are not my sheep.My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.

God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God.Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it.

Once we, too, were foolish and disobedient. We were misled and became slaves to many lusts and pleasures. Our lives were full of evil and envy, and we hated each other.But— When God our Savior revealed his kindness and love,he saved us, not because of the righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He washed away our sins, giving us a new birth and new life through the Holy Spirit.He generously poured out the Spirit upon us through Jesus Christ our Savior.Because of his grace he made us right in his sight and gave us confidence that we will inherit eternal life.

So don’t be misled, my dear brothers and sisters.Whatever is good and perfect is a gift coming down to us from God our Father, who created all the lights in the heavens. He never changes or casts a shifting shadow.He chose to give birth to us by giving us his true word. And we, out of all creation, became his prized possession.

But despite all the miraculous signs Jesus had done, most of the people still did not believe in him.This is exactly what Isaiah the prophet had predicted:“ Lord, who has believed our message? To whom has the Lord revealed his powerful arm?”But the people couldn’t believe, for as Isaiah also said,“ The Lord has blinded their eyes and hardened their hearts— so that their eyes cannot see, and their hearts cannot understand, and they cannot turn to me and have me heal them.”Isaiah was referring to Jesus when he said this, because he saw the future and spoke of the Messiah’s glory.

Oh, how generous and gracious our Lord was! He filled me with the faith and love that come from Christ Jesus.

For you have been given not only the privilege of trusting in Christ but also the privilege of suffering for him.

We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith. Because of the joy awaiting him, he endured the cross, disregarding its shame. Now he is seated in the place of honor beside God’s throne.

I have other sheep, too, that are not in this sheepfold. I must bring them also. They will listen to my voice, and there will be one flock with one shepherd.
