Is the cup of blessing which we bless not a sharing in the blood of Christ? Is the bread which we break not a sharing in the body of Christ?Since there is one loaf, we who are many are one body; for we all partake of the one loaf.

and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said,“ This is My body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of Me.”In the same way He also took the cup after supper, saying,“ This cup is the new covenant in My blood; do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.”

So then the Jews were complaining about Him because He said,“ I am the bread that came down out of heaven.”
