many peoples will come and say,“ Come, let us go up to the LORD’s mountain, to the temple of the God of Jacob, so he can teach us his requirements, and we can follow his standards.” For Zion will be the center for moral instruction; the LORD will issue edicts from Jerusalem.

nor do you have his word residing in you, because you do not believe the one whom he sent.You study the scriptures thoroughly because you think in them you possess eternal life, and it is these same scriptures that testify about me,but you are not willing to come to me so that you may have life.

While he was still speaking, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and a voice from the cloud said,“ This is my one dear Son, in whom I take great delight. Listen to him!”

if indeed you heard about him and were taught in him, just as the truth is in Jesus.You were taught with reference to your former way of life to lay aside the old man who is being corrupted in accordance with deceitful desires,

Then Jesus took the twelve aside and said to them,“ Look, we are going up to Jerusalem, and everything that is written about the Son of Man by the prophets will be accomplished.
