Jesus said to them,“ I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst.

Then Jesus declared,“ I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.

And Jesus said to them,“ I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.

Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall not hunger, and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

“ I am the bread of life,” Jesus told them.“ No one who comes to Me will ever be hungry, and no one who believes in Me will ever be thirsty again.

And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

The Spirit and the Bride say,“ Come.” And let the one who hears say,“ Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who desires take the water of life without price.

So the Jews grumbled about him, because he said,“ I am the bread that came down from heaven.”

On the last day of the feast, the great day, Jesus stood up and cried out,“ If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink.Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said,‘ Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’”

I am the bread of life.Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and they died.This is the bread that comes down from heaven, so that one may eat of it and not die.I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. And the bread that I will give for the life of the world is my flesh.”The Jews then disputed among themselves, saying,“ How can this man give us his flesh to eat?”So Jesus said to them,“ Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you.Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day.For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink.Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me, and I in him.As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so whoever feeds on me, he also will live because of me.This is the bread that came down from heaven, not like the bread the fathers ate, and died. Whoever feeds on this bread will live forever.”

“ Come, everyone who thirsts, come to the waters; and he who has no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.Why do you spend your money for that which is not bread, and your labor for that which does not satisfy? Listen diligently to me, and eat what is good, and delight yourselves in rich food.Incline your ear, and come to me; hear, that your soul may live; and I will make with you an everlasting covenant, my steadfast, sure love for David.

they shall not hunger or thirst, neither scorching wind nor sun shall strike them, for he who has pity on them will lead them, and by springs of water will guide them.

They shall hunger no more, neither thirst anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any scorching heat.

Jesus said to her,“ Everyone who drinks of this water will be thirsty again,but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”

All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never cast out.

For I received from the Lord what I also delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus on the night when he was betrayed took bread,and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said,“ This is my body, which is for you. Do this in remembrance of me.”In the same way also he took the cup, after supper, saying,“ This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.”For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.Whoever, therefore, eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty concerning the body and blood of the Lord.Let a person examine himself, then, and so eat of the bread and drink of the cup.For anyone who eats and drinks without discerning the body eats and drinks judgment on himself.

Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

“ Woe to you who are full now, for you shall be hungry.“ Woe to you who laugh now, for you shall mourn and weep.

yet you refuse to come to me that you may have life.

The cup of blessing that we bless, is it not a participation in the blood of Christ? The bread that we break, is it not a participation in the body of Christ?Because there is one bread, we who are many are one body, for we all partake of the one bread.Consider the people of Israel: are not those who eat the sacrifices participants in the altar?

And he said,“ This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless it is granted him by the Father.”

No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him. And I will raise him up on the last day.It is written in the Prophets,‘ And they will all be taught by God.’ Everyone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to me—
