Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall not hunger, and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

Then Jesus declared,“ I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.

“ I am the bread of life,” Jesus told them.“ No one who comes to Me will ever be hungry, and no one who believes in Me will ever be thirsty again.

The Jews therefore murmured concerning him, because he said, I am the bread which came down out of heaven.

Now on the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me and drink.He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, from within him shall flow rivers of living water.

I am the bread of life.Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and they died.This is the bread which cometh down out of heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die.I am the living bread which came down out of heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: yea and the bread which I will give is my flesh, for the life of the world.The Jews therefore strove one with another, saying, How can this man give us his flesh to eat?Jesus therefore said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man and drink his blood, ye have not life in yourselves.He that eateth my flesh and drinketh my blood hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.He that eateth my flesh and drinketh my blood abideth in me, and I in him.As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father; so he that eateth me, he also shall live because of me.This is the bread which came down out of heaven: not as the fathers ate, and died; he that eateth this bread shall live for ever.

Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.Wherefore do ye spend money for that which is not bread? and your labor for that which satisfieth not? hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness.Incline your ear, and come unto me; hear, and your soul shall live: and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David.

They shall not hunger nor thirst; neither shall the heat nor sun smite them: for he that hath mercy on them will lead them, even by springs of water will he guide them.

They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun strike upon them, nor any heat:

Jesus answered and said unto her, Every one that drinketh of this water shall thirst again:but whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall become in him a well of water springing up unto eternal life.

All that which the Father giveth me shall come unto me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.

For I received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, that the Lord Jesus in the night in which he was betrayed took bread;and when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, This is my body, which is for you: this do in remembrance of me.In like manner also the cup, after supper, saying, This cup is the new covenant in my blood: this do, as often as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink the cup, ye proclaim the Lord’s death till he come.Wherefore whosoever shall eat the bread or drink the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner, shall be guilty of the body and the blood of the Lord.But let a man prove himself, and so let him eat of the bread, and drink of the cup.For he that eateth and drinketh, eateth and drinketh judgment unto himself, if he discern not the body.

Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Woe unto you, ye that are full now! for ye shall hunger. Woe unto you, ye that laugh now! for ye shall mourn and weep.

and ye will not come to me, that ye may have life.

The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not a communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not a communion of the body of Christ?seeing that we, who are many, are one bread, one body: for we all partake of the one bread.Behold Israel after the flesh: have not they that eat the sacrifices communion with the altar?

And he said, For this cause have I said unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it be given unto him of the Father.

No man can come to me, except the Father that sent me draw him: and I will raise him up in the last day.It is written in the prophets, And they shall all be taught of God. Every one that hath heard from the Father, and hath learned, cometh unto me.
