The Jews were looking for him at the festival and saying,“ Where is he?”

He said these things while teaching in the synagogue in Capernaum.

Then Jesus, knowing everything that was about to happen to him, went out and said to them,“ Who is it that you’re seeking?”“ Jesus of Nazareth,” they answered.“ I am he,” Jesus told them. Judas, who betrayed him, was also standing with them.

When they had crossed over, they came to shore at Gennesaret.

When Jesus returned, the crowd welcomed him, for they were all expecting him.
