And the Father who sent me has himself testified concerning me. You have never heard his voice nor seen his form,

我是自己为自己做见证，差我来的父也为我做见证。”

从来没有人见过上帝，只有父怀中的独一上帝把祂显明出来。

又有声音从天上传来：“这是我的爱子，我甚喜悦祂。”

上帝是独一不朽的，住在人不能接近的光中，从来没有人见过祂，也没有人能够看见祂。愿尊贵和永远的权柄都归给祂。阿们！

耶稣说：“腓力，我和你们相处了这么久，你还不认识我吗？人看见了我，就看见了父，你怎么说‘让我们看看父’呢？

若有人说“我爱上帝”，却恨自己的弟兄姊妹，这人就是说谎话，因为人若不爱看得见的弟兄姊妹，又怎能爱看不见的上帝呢？

愿尊贵、荣耀归给那位不朽的、肉眼不能见的万世君王——独一无二的上帝，直到永远。阿们！

他们对摩西说：“求你跟我们说话，我们必听从。不要让上帝直接跟我们说话，恐怕我们会丧命！”

耶和华在火焰中对你们说话，你们只听见祂的声音，却看不见祂的形象。

论到从太初就已经存在的生命之道，我们曾经耳闻目睹，亲眼看过，亲手摸过。这生命曾显现过，我们看见了，现在做见证，向你们传扬这原本与父同在、曾向我们显现的永恒生命。

他正在说话的时候，一朵灿烂的云彩笼罩他们。云中传出声音：“这是我的爱子，我甚喜悦祂，你们要听从祂。”

不要为那必坏的食物劳苦，要为那存到永生的食物，就是人子要赐给你们的食物劳苦，因为父上帝把这权柄交给了人子。”

我如果没有在他们当中行过空前的神迹，他们就没有罪了。然而，他们亲眼看见了，竟然还恨我和我的父。
