and he has granted the Son authority to execute judgment, because he is the Son of Man.

And he has given him authority to judge because he is the Son of Man.

And the Father has given him the authority to judge. This is because he is the Son of Man.

And he has given him authority to execute judgment, because he is the Son of Man.

And he has granted him the right to pass judgment, because he is the Son of Man.

He commanded us to preach to the people and to warn them that he is the one appointed by God as judge of the living and the dead.

because he has set a day on which he is going to judge the world in righteousness, by a man whom he designated, having provided proof to everyone by raising him from the dead.”

who went into heaven and is at the right hand of God with angels and authorities and powers subject to him.

He executes judgment against the nations; he fills the valleys with corpses; he shatters their heads over the vast battlefield.

Here is the LORD’s proclamation to my lord:“ Sit down at my right hand until I make your enemies your footstool!”The LORD extends your dominion from Zion. Rule in the midst of your enemies!

This power he exercised in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realmsfar above every rule and authority and power and dominion and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come.And God put all things under Christ’s feet, and he gave him to the church as head over all things.Now the church is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all.

For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet.

I was watching in the night visions,“ And with the clouds of the sky one like a son of man was approaching. He went up to the Ancient of Days and was escorted before him.To him was given ruling authority, honor, and sovereignty. All peoples, nations, and language groups were serving him. His authority is eternal and will not pass away. His kingdom will not be destroyed.

You made him lower than the angels for a little while. You crowned him with glory and honor.You put all things under his control.” For when he put all things under his control, he left nothing outside of his control. At present we do not yet see all things under his control,but we see Jesus, who was made lower than the angels for a little while, now crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death, so that by God’s grace he would experience death on behalf of everyone.

but emptied himself by taking on the form of a slave, by looking like other men, and by sharing in human nature.He humbled himself, by becoming obedient to the point of death– even death on a cross!As a result God exalted him and gave him the name that is above every name,so that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow– in heaven and on earth and under the earth–and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father.

“ I myself have installed my king on Zion, my holy hill.”The king says,“ I will announce the LORD’S decree. He said to me:‘ You are my son! This very day I have become your father!Ask me, and I will give you the nations as your inheritance, the ends of the earth as your personal property.You will break them with an iron scepter; you will smash them like a potter’s jar!’”
