And if ye will not be reformed by me by these things, but will walk contrary unto me;Then will I also walk contrary unto you, and will punish you yet seven times for your sins.

The LORD hath chastened me sore: but he hath not given me over unto death.

But after they had rest, they did evil again before thee: therefore leftest thou them in the hand of their enemies, so that they had the dominion over them: yet when they returned, and cried unto thee, thou heardest[ them] from heaven; and many times didst thou deliver them according to thy mercies;

And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me;

The LORD[ was ready] to save me: therefore we will sing my songs to the stringed instruments all the days of our life in the house of the LORD.

When Jesus saw their faith, he said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee.

And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the LORD.

Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last[ state] of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.

If he offer it for a thanksgiving, then he shall offer with the sacrifice of thanksgiving unleavened cakes mingled with oil, and unleavened wafers anointed with oil, and cakes mingled with oil, of fine flour, fried.

Have mercy upon me, O LORD; consider my trouble[ which I suffer] of them that hate me, thou that liftest me up from the gates of death:

And after all that is come upon us for our evil deeds, and for our great trespass, seeing that thou our God hast punished us less than our iniquities[ deserve], and hast given us[ such] deliverance as this;Should we again break thy commandments, and join in affinity with the people of these abominations? wouldest not thou be angry with us till thou hadst consumed[ us], so that[ there should be] no remnant nor escaping?

I will go into thy house with burnt offerings: I will pay thee my vows,Which my lips have uttered, and my mouth hath spoken, when I was in trouble.I will offer unto thee burnt sacrifices of fatlings, with the incense of rams; I will offer bullocks with goats. Selah.

For the time past of[ our] life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries:

What shall I render unto the LORD[ for] all his benefits toward me?I will take the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of the LORD.I will pay my vows unto the LORD now in the presence of all his people.Precious in the sight of the LORD[ is] the death of his saints.O LORD, truly I[ am] thy servant; I[ am] thy servant,[ and] the son of thine handmaid: thou hast loosed my bonds.I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the name of the LORD.I will pay my vows unto the LORD now in the presence of all his people,In the courts of the LORD’S house, in the midst of thee, O Jerusalem. Praise ye the LORD.

And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.

He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered[ them] from their destructions.Oh that[ men] would praise the LORD[ for] his goodness, and[ for] his wonderful works to the children of men!And let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and declare his works with rejoicing.

And in the time of his distress did he trespass yet more against the LORD: this[ is that] king Ahaz.

And a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years.

Hezekiah also had said, What[ is] the sign that I shall go up to the house of the LORD?
