Then the father realized that this was the exact time at which Jesus had said to him,“ Your son will live.” So he and his whole household believed.

他有話要告訴你，使你和你全家都可以得救。’

會堂主管基利司布和他全家都信了主，許多哥林多人也聽了道，信了主，而且受了洗。

就帶他們到家裡，擺上飯食，他和全家因信了神就大大喜樂。

於是耶穌對百夫長說：“回去吧！事情必照你所信的給你成就。”他的僕人就在那時痊愈了。

他發出話語醫治他們，搭救他們脫離死亡。

百夫長回答：“主啊，要你到舍下來，實在不敢當。只要你說一句話，我的僕人就必好了。我自己是在別人的權下，也有兵在我以下；我對這個說‘去！’他就去，對另一個說‘來！’他就來；對僕人說‘作這個！’他就作。”

因為他說有，就有；命立，就立。

耶穌說：“今天救恩到了這家，他也是亞伯拉罕的子孫。

這應許原是給你們和你們的兒女，以及所有在遠方的人，就是給凡是我們主神召來歸他的人。”

她和她一家受了洗以後，就請求說：“你們若認為我是對主忠實的，就請到我家來住。”於是她強留我們。
