They said to the woman,“ We no longer believe just because of what you said; now we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this man really is the Savior of the world.”

Then they said to the woman,“ Now we believe, not because of what you said, for we ourselves have heard Him and we know that this is indeed the Christ, the Savior of the world.”

and they said to the woman, Now we believe, not because of thy speaking: for we have heard for ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Saviour of the world.

And they told the woman,“ We no longer believe because of what you said, for we have heard for ourselves and know that this really is the Savior of the world.”

And said unto the woman, Now we believe, not because of thy saying: for we have heard[ him] ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Christ, the Saviour of the world.

They said to the woman,“ No longer do we believe because of your words, for we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this one really is the Savior of the world.”

They said to the woman,“ Now we believe, not because of your speaking; for we have heard for ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Christ, the Savior of the world.”

The next day he saw Jesus coming toward him, and said,“ Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!

“ Come, see a man who told me all that I ever did. Can this be the Christ?”

For to this end we toil and strive, because we have our hope set on the living God, who is the Savior of all people, especially of those who believe.

And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”

that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation.

She will bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.”

a light for revelation to the Gentiles, and for glory to your people Israel.”

And the angel said to them,“ Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people.For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.

Philip found Nathanael and said to him,“ We have found him of whom Moses in the Law and also the prophets wrote, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.”Nathanael said to him,“ Can anything good come out of Nazareth?” Philip said to him,“ Come and see.”Jesus saw Nathanael coming toward him and said of him,“ Behold, an Israelite indeed, in whom there is no deceit!”Nathanael said to him,“ How do you know me?” Jesus answered him,“ Before Philip called you, when you were under the fig tree, I saw you.”Nathanael answered him,“ Rabbi, you are the Son of God! You are the King of Israel!”

Simon Peter answered him,“ Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life,and we have believed, and have come to know, that you are the Holy One of God.”

Now these Jews were more noble than those in Thessalonica; they received the word with all eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see if these things were so.Many of them therefore believed, with not a few Greek women of high standing as well as men.

“ Turn to me and be saved, all the ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other.

And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true; and we are in him who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.

The Lord has bared his holy arm before the eyes of all the nations, and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.

And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up,that whoever believes in him may have eternal life.“ For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.

Now when Jesus came, he found that Lazarus had already been in the tomb four days.

For I have given them the words that you gave me, and they have received them and have come to know in truth that I came from you; and they have believed that you sent me.

For the Scripture says,“ Everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame.”For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, bestowing his riches on all who call on him.For“ everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
