Now he had to go through Samaria.

On the way to Jerusalem he was passing along between Samaria and Galilee.

When the days drew near for him to be taken up, he set his face to go to Jerusalem.And he sent messengers ahead of him, who went and entered a village of the Samaritans, to make preparations for him.

These twelve Jesus sent out, instructing them,“ Go nowhere among the Gentiles and enter no town of the Samaritans,but go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

And he said to them,“ Why were you looking for me? Did you not know that I must be in my Father’s house?”
