Jesus answered her,“ If you had known the gift of God and who it is who said to you,‘ Give me some water to drink,’ you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water.”

耶稣回答说：“你若知道神的恩赐，和对你说‘给我水喝’的是谁，你必早求他，他也必早给了你活水。”

耶稣回答她说：“你若知道上帝的恩赐，和对你说‘请给我水喝’的是谁，你早就会求他，他也早就会给了你活水。”

耶稣回答她说：“你若知道神的恩赐，和对你说‘请给我水喝’的是谁，你早就会求他，他也早就会给了你活水。”

耶稣回答说：“要是你知道上帝的恩赐，又知道向你要水喝的是谁，你早就求祂了，祂也早就把活水给你了。”

耶稣回答她：“你若知道神的恩赐，和对你说‘请给我水喝’的是谁，你必早已求他，他也必早把活水赐给你了。”

耶稣回答她，说：“如果你明白神的恩赐，也知道是谁对你说‘给我一点水喝’，你早就求他了，他也把活水给你了。”

耶穌回答說：「你若知道神的恩賜，和對你說『給我水喝』的是誰，你必早求他，他也必早給了你活水。」

耶穌回答她說：「你若知道上帝的恩賜，和對你說『請給我水喝』的是誰，你早就會求他，他也早就會給了你活水。」

耶穌回答她說：『你若曉得上帝白白的恩，和對你說「請給我喝」的是誰，你就早已求他，他就早已給你活水了。』

耶穌回答她，說：「如果你明白神的恩賜，也知道是誰對你說『給我一點水喝』，你早就求他了，他也把活水給你了。」

耶穌曰、爾若知上帝之賜、及語爾飲我者為誰、爾必求之、則以活水予爾、

耶穌曰、倘爾識上帝之賜、與請飲者誰、爾求之、其必以活水與爾、

耶穌謂之曰、倘爾知天主之賜、及向爾言予我飲者為誰、則爾求之、其必以活水予爾、

婦曰：『先生既無汲水之具、而井又深、將何從而得活水乎？

Jesus answered her,“ If you knew the gift of God and who it is that asks you for a drink, you would have asked him and he would have given you living water.”

Jesus answered her,“ You do not know what God’s gift is. And you do not know who is asking you for a drink. If you did, you would have asked him. He would have given you living water.”

Jesus answered her,“ If you knew the gift of God, and who it is that is saying to you,‘ Give me a drink,’ you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water.”

Jesus replied,“ If you only knew the gift God has for you and who you are speaking to, you would ask me, and I would give you living water.”

Jesus answered,“ If you knew the gift of God, and who is saying to you,‘ Give me a drink,’ you would ask him, and he would give you living water.”

Jesus replied to her,“ If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who is saying to you,‘ Give Me a drink,’ you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water.”

Jesus answered and said to her,“ If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you,‘ Give Me a drink,’ you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water.”

Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.

Jesus answered her,“ If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you,‘ Give me a drink,’ you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water.”

because the Lamb in the middle of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to springs of living water, and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”

But whoever drinks some of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again, but the water that I will give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up to eternal life.”

On the last day of the feast, the greatest day, Jesus stood up and shouted out,“ If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me, andlet the one who believes in me drink. Just as the scripture says,‘ From within him will flow rivers of living water.’”( Now he said this about the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were going to receive, for the Spirit had not yet been given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.)

They are filled with food from your house, and you allow them to drink from the river of your delicacies.For you are the one who gives and sustains life.

For I will pour water on the parched ground and cause streams to flow on the dry land. I will pour my spirit on your offspring and my blessing on your children.

For this is the way God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.

“ Do so because my people have committed a double wrong: they have rejected me, the fountain of life-giving water, and they have dug cisterns for themselves, cracked cisterns which cannot even hold water.”

And the Spirit and the bride say,“ Come!” And let the one who hears say:“ Come!” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wants it take the water of life free of charge.

He also said to me,“ It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the one who is thirsty I will give water free of charge from the spring of the water of life.

Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life– water as clear as crystal– pouring out from the throne of God and of the Lamb,flowing down the middle of the city’s main street. On each side of the river is the tree of life producing twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month of the year. Its leaves are for the healing of the nations.

Moreover, on that day living waters will flow out from Jerusalem, half of them to the eastern sea and half of them to the western sea; it will happen both in summer and in winter.

and all drank the same spiritual drink. For they were all drinking from the spiritual rock that followed them, and the rock was Christ.

Indeed, he who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all– how will he not also, along with him, freely give us all things?

Joyfully you will draw water from the springs of deliverance.

“ Hey, all who are thirsty, come to the water! You who have no money, come! Buy and eat! Come! Buy wine and milk without money and without cost!Why pay money for something that will not nourish you? Why spend your hard-earned money on something that will not satisfy? Listen carefully to me and eat what is nourishing! Enjoy fine food!Pay attention and come to me! Listen, so you can live! Then I will make an unconditional covenantal promise to you, just like the reliable covenantal promises I made to David.

They will not be hungry or thirsty; the sun’s oppressive heat will not beat down on them, for one who has compassion on them will guide them; he will lead them to springs of water.

Jesus said to them,“ I am the bread of life. The one who comes to me will never go hungry, and the one who believes in me will never be thirsty.

Then the lame will leap like a deer, the mute tongue will shout for joy; for water will flow in the desert, streams in the wilderness.

The river’s channels bring joy to the city of God, the special, holy dwelling place of the sovereign One.

The wild animals of the desert honor me, the jackals and ostriches, because I put water in the desert and streams in the wilderness, to quench the thirst of my chosen people,

I will be standing before you there on the rock in Horeb, and you will strike the rock, and water will come out of it so that the people may drink.” And Moses did so in plain view of the elders of Israel.

The woman said to him,“ I know that Messiah is coming”( the one called Christ);“ whenever he comes, he will tell us everything.”Jesus said to her,“ I, the one speaking to you, am he.”

“ In that day there will be a fountain opened up for the dynasty of David and the people of Jerusalem to cleanse them from sin and impurity.

I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats from this bread he will live forever. The bread that I will give for the life of the world is my flesh.”

If you then, although you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!”

The tax collector, however, stood far off and would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said,‘ God, be merciful to me, sinner that I am!’I tell you that this man went down to his home justified rather than the Pharisee. For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, but he who humbles himself will be exalted.”

Seek the LORD while he makes himself available; call to him while he is nearby!The wicked need to abandon their lifestyle and sinful people their plans. They should return to the LORD, and he will show mercy to them, and to their God, for he will freely forgive them.“ Indeed, my plans are not like your plans, and my deeds are not like your deeds,for just as the sky is higher than the earth, so my deeds are superior to your deeds and my plans superior to your plans.

he says,“ Is it too insignificant a task for you to be my servant, to reestablish the tribes of Jacob, and restore the remnant of Israel? I will make you a light to the nations, so you can bring my deliverance to the remote regions of the earth.”This is what the LORD, the protector of Israel, their Holy One, says to the one who is despised and rejected by nations, a servant of rulers:“ Kings will see and rise in respect, princes will bow down, because of the faithful LORD, the Holy One of Israel who has chosen you.”This is what the LORD says:“ At the time I decide to show my favor, I will respond to you; in the day of deliverance I will help you; I will protect you and make you a covenant mediator for people, to rebuild the land and to reassign the desolate property.

“ I, the LORD, officially commission you; I take hold of your hand. I protect you and make you a covenant mediator for people, and a light to the nations,

I tell you, even though the man inside will not get up and give him anything because he is his friend, yet because of the first man’s sheer persistence he will get up and give him whatever he needs.“ So I tell you: Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened for you.For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.

The oppressed and the poor look for water, but there is none; their tongues are parched from thirst. I, the LORD, will respond to their prayers; I, the God of Israel, will not abandon them.I will make streams flow down the slopes and produce springs in the middle of the valleys. I will turn the desert into a pool of water and the arid land into springs.

Jesus heard that they had thrown him out, so he found the man and said to him,“ Do you believe in the Son of Man?”The man replied,“ And who is he, sir, that I may believe in him?”Jesus told him,“ You have seen him; he is the one speaking with you.”[He said,“ Lord, I believe,” and he worshiped him.

For by grace you are saved through faith, and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God;

And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us insight to know him who is true, and we are in him who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. This one is the true God and eternal life.

Because you say,“ I am rich and have acquired great wealth, and need nothing,” but do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind, and naked,take my advice and buy gold from me refined by fire so you can become rich! Buy from me white clothing so you can be clothed and your shameful nakedness will not be exposed, and buy eye salve to put on your eyes so you can see!

He is the reason you have a relationship with Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification and redemption,

Now this is eternal life– that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you sent.

They will do these things because they have not known the Father or me.

In his pain Manasseh asked the LORD his God for mercy and truly humbled himself before the God of his ancestors.When he prayed to the LORD, the LORD responded to him and answered favorably his cry for mercy. The LORD brought him back to Jerusalem to his kingdom. Then Manasseh realized that the LORD is the true God.

Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift!

LORD, you have heard the request of the oppressed; you make them feel secure because you listen to their prayer.

For a child has been born to us, a son has been given to us. He shoulders responsibility and is called: Extraordinary Strategist, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Then he said,“ Jesus, remember me when you come in your kingdom.”And Jesus said to him,“ I tell you the truth, today you will be with me in paradise.”

Then he brought me back to the entrance of the temple. I noticed that water was flowing from under the threshold of the temple toward the east( for the temple faced east). The water was flowing down from under the right side of the temple, from south of the altar.He led me out by way of the north gate and brought me around the outside of the outer gate that faces toward the east; I noticed that the water was trickling out from the south side.When the man went out toward the east with a measuring line in his hand, he measured 1, 750 feet, and then he led me through water, which was ankle deep.Again he measured 1, 750 feet and led me through the water, which was now knee deep. Once more he measured 1, 750 feet and led me through the water, which was waist deep.Again he measured 1, 750 feet and it was a river I could not cross, for the water had risen; it was deep enough to swim in, a river that could not be crossed.He said to me,“ Son of man, have you seen this?” Then he led me back to the bank of the river.When I had returned, I noticed a vast number of trees on the banks of the river, on both sides.He said to me,“ These waters go out toward the eastern region and flow down into the Arabah; when they enter the Dead Sea, where the sea is stagnant, the waters become fresh.Every living creature which swarms where the river flows will live; there will be many fish, for these waters flow there. It will become fresh and everything will live where the river flows.

Then the Lord told him,“ Get up and go to the street called‘ Straight,’ and at Judas’ house look for a man from Tarsus named Saul. For he is praying,
