The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”

看風的，必不撒種；望雲的，必不收割。風從何道來，骨頭在懷孕婦人的胎中如何長成，你尚且不得知道；這樣，行萬事之神的作為，你更不得知道。

除了在人裏頭的靈，誰知道人的事？像這樣，除了神的靈，也沒有人知道神的事。

忽然，從天上有響聲下來，好像一陣大風吹過，充滿了他們所坐的屋子，

主對我說：「人子啊，你要發預言，向風發預言，說主耶和華如此說：氣息啊，要從四方而來，吹在這些被殺的人身上，使他們活了。」

這等人不是從血氣生的，不是從情慾生的，也不是從人意生的，乃是從神生的。

又說：「神的國如同人把種撒在地上。黑夜睡覺，白日起來，這種就發芽漸長，那人卻不曉得如何這樣。地生五穀是出於自然的：先發苗，後長穗，再後穗上結成飽滿的子粒；穀既熟了，就用鐮刀去割，因為收成的時候到了。」

禱告完了，聚會的地方震動，他們就都被聖靈充滿，放膽講論神的道。

雲彩如何浮於空中，那知識全備者奇妙的作為，你知道嗎？南風使地寂靜，你的衣服就如火熱，你知道嗎？

天怎樣高過地，照樣，我的道路高過你們的道路；我的意念高過你們的意念。雨雪從天而降，並不返回，卻滋潤地土，使地上發芽結實，使撒種的有種，使要吃的有糧。我口所出的話也必如此，決不徒然返回，卻要成就我所喜悅的，在我發他去成就的事上必然亨通。你們必歡歡喜喜而出來，平平安安蒙引導。大山小山必在你們面前發聲歌唱；田野的樹木也都拍掌。松樹長出，代替荊棘；番石榴長出，代替蒺藜。這要為耶和華留名，作為永遠的證據，不能剪除。

神噓氣成冰；寬闊之水也都凝結。他使密雲盛滿水氣，布散電光之雲；這雲是藉他的指引游行旋轉，得以在全地面上行他一切所吩咐的，或為責罰，或為潤地，或為施行慈愛。

你們若知道他是公義的，就知道凡行公義之人都是他所生的。

這一切都是這位聖靈所運行、隨己意分給各人的。

因他一吩咐，狂風就起來，海中的波浪也揚起。

他使狂風止息，波浪就平靜。

現在有雲遮蔽，人不得見穹蒼的光亮；但風吹過，天又發晴。金光出於北方，在神那裏有可怕的威嚴。論到全能者，我們不能測度；他大有能力，有公平和大義，必不苦待人。

「因為，沒有好樹結壞果子，也沒有壞樹結好果子。凡樹木看果子，就可以認出它來。人不是從荊棘上摘無花果，也不是從蒺藜裏摘葡萄。
