The other disciples told him,“ We have seen the Lord!” But he replied,“ Unless I see the wounds from the nails in his hands, and put my finger into the wounds from the nails, and put my hand into his side, I will never believe it!”

那些门徒就对他说：“我们已经看见主了。”多马却说：“我非看见他手上的钉痕，用指头探入那钉痕，又用手探入他的肋旁，我总不信。”

其他的门徒就对他说：“我们已经看见主了。”多马却对他们说：“除非我看见他手上的钉痕，用我的指头探入那钉痕，用我的手探入他的肋旁，我绝不信。”

其他门徒告诉他：“我们看见主了！”可是多马说：“除非我亲眼看见祂手上的钉痕，用手摸到祂手上的钉痕和祂的肋旁，否则我决不信。”

其他的门徒对他说：“我们已经见过主了。”多马对他们说：“除非我亲眼看见他手上的钉痕，用我的指头探入那钉痕，又用我的手探入他的肋旁，我决不相信。”

后来，其他的门徒就告诉他：“我们看到主了！”他却说：“我如果不看到他手上的钉痕，把指头放进那钉痕，再把手放进他的肋旁，我就绝不相信！”

諸徒語之曰、我已見主矣、多馬曰、我不見其手中釘迹、以指探之、手探其脇、必不信也、○

眾徒告之曰、我已見主、曰、不使我見手中釘跡、指探其跡、手探其脅、我不信也、○

眾門徒告之曰、我儕已見主矣、多瑪曰、我若不見其手中釘跡、不以指探其釘跡、不以手探其脅、則不信也、

他徒爰告之曰：『吾儕已曾見主。』而多默應曰：『吾非目睹其手中釘蹟、非吾親探其釘穴、非吾親手撫其肋孔、吾決不輕信。』

So the other disciples told him,“ We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them,“ Unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my finger where the nails were, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.”

So they told him,“ We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them,“ First I must see the nail marks in his hands. I must put my finger where the nails were. I must put my hand into his side. Only then will I believe.”

So the other disciples told him,“ We have seen the Lord.” But he said to them,“ Unless I see in his hands the mark of the nails, and place my finger into the mark of the nails, and place my hand into his side, I will never believe.”

They told him,“ We have seen the Lord!” But he replied,“ I won’t believe it unless I see the nail wounds in his hands, put my fingers into them, and place my hand into the wound in his side.”

So the other disciples were telling him,“ We’ve seen the Lord!” But he said to them,“ If I don’t see the mark of the nails in his hands, put my finger into the mark of the nails, and put my hand into his side, I will never believe.”

So the other disciples were saying to him,“ We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them,“ Unless I see in His hands the imprint of the nails, and put my finger into the place of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe.”

The other disciples therefore said to him,“ We have seen the Lord.” So he said to them,“ Unless I see in His hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe.”

The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.

So the other disciples kept telling him,“ We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them,“ If I don’t see the mark of the nails in His hands, put my finger into the mark of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will never believe!”

The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe.

The other disciples therefore said to him,“ We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them,“ Unless I see in his hands the print of the nails, put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.”

And when they heard that he was alive and had been seen by her, they did not believe.

So they said to him,“ Then what miraculous sign will you perform, so that we may see it and believe you? What will you do?

He first found his own brother Simon and told him,“ We have found the Messiah!”( which is translated Christ).

They rejected the God who delivered them, the one who performed great deeds in Egypt,amazing feats in the land of Ham, mighty acts by the Red Sea.He threatened to destroy them, but Moses, his chosen one, interceded with him and turned back his destructive anger.They rejected the fruitful land; they did not believe his promise.

Despite all this, they continued to sin, and did not trust him to do amazing things.

And to whom did he swear they would never enter into his rest, except those who were disobedient?So we see that they could not enter because of unbelief.Therefore we must be wary that, while the promise of entering his rest remains open, none of you may seem to have come short of it.For we had good news proclaimed to us just as they did. But the message they heard did them no good, since they did not join in with those who heard it in faith.

But my righteous one will live by faith, and if he shrinks back, I take no pleasure in him.But we are not among those who shrink back and thus perish, but are among those who have faith and preserve their souls.

He says,“ Do not be stubborn like they were at Meribah, like they were that day at Massah in the wilderness,where your ancestors challenged my authority, and tried my patience, even though they had seen my work.For forty years I was continually disgusted with that generation, and I said,‘ These people desire to go astray; they do not obey my commands.’

So he said to them,“ You foolish people– how slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken!

See to it, brothers and sisters, that none of you has an evil, unbelieving heart that forsakes the living God.

Then the disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter,“ It is the Lord!” So Simon Peter, when he heard that it was the Lord, tucked in his outer garment( for he had nothing on underneath it), and plunged into the sea.

They forgot what he had done, the amazing things he had shown them.He did amazing things in the sight of their ancestors, in the land of Egypt, in the region of Zoan.He divided the sea and led them across it; he made the water stand in a heap.He led them with a cloud by day, and with the light of a fire all night long.He broke open rocks in the wilderness, and gave them enough water to fill the depths of the sea.He caused streams to flow from the rock, and made the water flow like rivers.Yet they continued to sin against him, and rebelled against the sovereign One in the desert.They willfully challenged God by asking for food to satisfy their appetite.They insulted God, saying,“ Is God really able to give us food in the wilderness?Yes, he struck a rock and water flowed out, streams gushed forth. But can he also give us food? Will he provide meat for his people?”When the LORD heard this, he was furious. A fire broke out against Jacob, and his anger flared up against Israel,because they did not have faith in God, and did not trust his ability to deliver them.

When she had said this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing there, but she did not know that it was Jesus.Jesus said to her,“ Woman, why are you weeping? Who are you looking for?” Because she thought he was the gardener, she said to him,“ Sir, if you have carried him away, tell me where you have put him, and I will take him.”Jesus said to her,“ Mary.” She turned and said to him in Aramaic,“ Rabboni”( which means Teacher).Jesus replied,“ Do not touch me, for I have not yet ascended to my Father. Go to my brothers and tell them,‘ I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’”Mary Magdalene came and informed the disciples,“ I have seen the Lord!” And she told them what Jesus had said to her.On the evening of that day, the first day of the week, the disciples had gathered together and locked the doors of the place because they were afraid of the Jewish leaders. Jesus came and stood among them and said to them,“ Peace be with you.”When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his side. Then the disciples rejoiced when they saw the Lord.

and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve.Then he appeared to more than five hundred of the brothers and sisters at one time, most of whom are still alive, though some have fallen asleep.Then he appeared to James, then to all the apostles.Last of all, as though to one born at the wrong time, he appeared to me also.

but God raised him up on the third day and caused him to be seen,not by all the people, but by us, the witnesses God had already chosen, who ate and drank with him after he rose from the dead.

The God of our forefathers raised up Jesus, whom you seized and killed by hanging him on a tree.God exalted him to his right hand as Leader and Savior, to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins.And we are witnesses of these events, and so is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey him.”

Now when the Pharisees and Sadducees came to test Jesus, they asked him to show them a sign from heaven.He said,“ When evening comes you say,‘ It will be fair weather, because the sky is red,’and in the morning,‘ It will be stormy today, because the sky is red and darkening.’ You know how to judge correctly the appearance of the sky, but you cannot evaluate the signs of the times.A wicked and adulterous generation asks for a sign, but no sign will be given to it except the sign of Jonah.” Then he left them and went away.

and saying,“ The Lord has really risen, and has appeared to Simon!”Then they told what had happened on the road, and how they recognized him when he broke the bread.While they were saying these things, Jesus himself stood among them and said to them,“ Peace be with you.”But they were startled and terrified, thinking they saw a ghost.Then he said to them,“ Why are you frightened, and why do doubts arise in your hearts?Look at my hands and my feet; it’s me! Touch me and see; a ghost does not have flesh and bones like you see I have.”When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his feet.And while they still could not believe it( because of their joy) and were amazed, he said to them,“ Do you have anything here to eat?”

“ He saved others, but he cannot save himself! He is the king of Israel! If he comes down now from the cross, we will believe in him!

If I summoned him, and he answered me, I would not believe that he would be listening to my voice–
