So the other disciples kept telling him,“ We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them,“ If I don’t see the mark of the nails in His hands, put my finger into the mark of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will never believe!”

其他门徒告诉他：“我们看见主了！”可是多马说：“除非我亲眼看见祂手上的钉痕，用手摸到祂手上的钉痕和祂的肋旁，否则我决不信。”

其他的门徒对他说：“我们已经见过主了。”多马对他们说：“除非我亲眼看见他手上的钉痕，用我的指头探入那钉痕，又用我的手探入他的肋旁，我决不相信。”

后来，其他的门徒就告诉他：“我们看到主了！”他却说：“我如果不看到他手上的钉痕，把指头放进那钉痕，再把手放进他的肋旁，我就绝不相信！”

眾門徒告之曰、我儕已見主矣、多瑪曰、我若不見其手中釘跡、不以指探其釘跡、不以手探其脅、則不信也、

他徒爰告之曰：『吾儕已曾見主。』而多默應曰：『吾非目睹其手中釘蹟、非吾親探其釘穴、非吾親手撫其肋孔、吾決不輕信。』

So the other disciples told him,“ We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them,“ Unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my finger where the nails were, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.”

So they told him,“ We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them,“ First I must see the nail marks in his hands. I must put my finger where the nails were. I must put my hand into his side. Only then will I believe.”

So the other disciples told him,“ We have seen the Lord.” But he said to them,“ Unless I see in his hands the mark of the nails, and place my finger into the mark of the nails, and place my hand into his side, I will never believe.”

They told him,“ We have seen the Lord!” But he replied,“ I won’t believe it unless I see the nail wounds in his hands, put my fingers into them, and place my hand into the wound in his side.”

So the other disciples were telling him,“ We’ve seen the Lord!” But he said to them,“ If I don’t see the mark of the nails in his hands, put my finger into the mark of the nails, and put my hand into his side, I will never believe.”

So the other disciples were saying to him,“ We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them,“ Unless I see in His hands the imprint of the nails, and put my finger into the place of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe.”

The other disciples therefore said to him,“ We have seen the Lord.” So he said to them,“ Unless I see in His hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe.”

The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.

The other disciples told him,“ We have seen the Lord!” But he replied,“ Unless I see the wounds from the nails in his hands, and put my finger into the wounds from the nails, and put my hand into his side, I will never believe it!”

The other disciples therefore said to him,“ We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them,“ Unless I see in his hands the print of the nails, put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.”

Yet, when they heard that He was alive and had been seen by her, they did not believe it.

“ What sign then are You going to do so we may see and believe You?” they asked.“ What are You going to perform?

He first found his own brother Simon and told him,“ We have found the Messiah!”( which means“ Anointed One”),

They forgot God their Savior, who did great things in Egypt,wonderful works in the land of Ham, awe-inspiring acts at the Red Sea.So He said He would have destroyed them— if Moses His chosen one had not stood before Him in the breach to turn His wrath away from destroying them.They despised the pleasant land and did not believe His promise.

Despite all this, they kept sinning and did not believe His wonderful works.

And who did He swear to that they would not enter His rest, if not those who disobeyed?So we see that they were unable to enter because of unbelief.Therefore, while the promise to enter His rest remains, let us fear that none of you should miss it.For we also have received the good news just as they did; but the message they heard did not benefit them, since they were not united with those who heard it in faith

But My righteous one will live by faith; and if he draws back, I have no pleasure in him.But we are not those who draw back and are destroyed, but those who have faith and obtain life.

Do not harden your hearts as at Meribah, as on that day at Massah in the wildernesswhere your fathers tested Me; they tried Me, though they had seen what I did.For 40 years I was disgusted with that generation; I said,“ They are a people whose hearts go astray; they do not know My ways.”

He said to them,“ How unwise and slow you are to believe in your hearts all that the prophets have spoken!

Watch out, brothers, so that there won’t be in any of you an evil, unbelieving heart that departs from the living God.

Therefore the disciple, the one Jesus loved, said to Peter,“ It is the Lord!” When Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he tied his outer garment around him( for he was stripped) and plunged into the sea.

They forgot what He had done, the wonderful works He had shown them.He worked wonders in the sight of their fathers in the land of Egypt, the region of Zoan.He split the sea and brought them across; the water stood firm like a wall.He led them with a cloud by day and with a fiery light throughout the night.He split rocks in the wilderness and gave them drink as abundant as the depths.He brought streams out of the stone and made water flow down like rivers.But they continued to sin against Him, rebelling in the desert against the Most High.They deliberately tested God, demanding the food they craved.They spoke against God, saying,“ Is God able to provide food in the wilderness?Look! He struck the rock and water gushed out; torrents overflowed. But can He also provide bread or furnish meat for His people?”Therefore, the Lord heard and became furious; then fire broke out against Jacob, and anger flared up against Israelbecause they did not believe God or rely on His salvation.

Having said this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing there, though she did not know it was Jesus.“ Woman,” Jesus said to her,“ why are you crying? Who is it you are looking for?” Supposing He was the gardener, she replied,“ Sir, if you’ve removed Him, tell me where you’ve put Him, and I will take Him away.”Jesus said,“ Mary.” Turning around, she said to Him in Hebrew,“ Rabbouni!”— which means“ Teacher.”“ Don’t cling to Me,” Jesus told her,“ for I have not yet ascended to the Father. But go to My brothers and tell them that I am ascending to My Father and your Father— to My God and your God.”Mary Magdalene went and announced to the disciples,“ I have seen the Lord!” And she told them what He had said to her.In the evening of that first day of the week, the disciples were gathered together with the doors locked because of their fear of the Jews. Then Jesus came, stood among them, and said to them,“ Peace to you!”Having said this, He showed them His hands and His side. So the disciples rejoiced when they saw the Lord.

and that He appeared to Cephas, then to the Twelve.Then He appeared to over 500 brothers at one time; most of them are still alive, but some have fallen asleep.Then He appeared to James, then to all the apostles.Last of all, as to one abnormally born, He also appeared to me.

God raised up this man on the third day and permitted Him to be seen,not by all the people, but by us, witnesses appointed beforehand by God, who ate and drank with Him after He rose from the dead.

The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom you had murdered by hanging Him on a tree.God exalted this man to His right hand as ruler and Savior, to grant repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.We are witnesses of these things, and so is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him.”

The Pharisees and Sadducees approached, and as a test, asked Him to show them a sign from heaven.He answered them:“ When evening comes you say,‘ It will be good weather because the sky is red.’And in the morning,‘ Today will be stormy because the sky is red and threatening.’ You know how to read the appearance of the sky, but you can’t read the signs of the times.An evil and adulterous generation demands a sign, but no sign will be given to it except the sign of Jonah.” Then He left them and went away.

who said,“ The Lord has certainly been raised, and has appeared to Simon!”Then they began to describe what had happened on the road and how He was made known to them in the breaking of the bread.And as they were saying these things, He Himself stood among them. He said to them,“ Peace to you!”But they were startled and terrified and thought they were seeing a ghost.“ Why are you troubled?” He asked them.“ And why do doubts arise in your hearts?Look at My hands and My feet, that it is I Myself! Touch Me and see, because a ghost does not have flesh and bones as you can see I have.”Having said this, He showed them His hands and feet.But while they still were amazed and unbelieving because of their joy, He asked them,“ Do you have anything here to eat?”

“ He saved others, but He cannot save Himself! He is the King of Israel! Let Him come down now from the cross, and we will believe in Him.

If I summoned Him and He answered me, I do not believe He would pay attention to what I said.
