後來，其他的門徒就告訴他：「我們看到主了！」他卻說：「我如果不看到他手上的釘痕，把指頭放進那釘痕，再把手放進他的肋旁，我就絕不相信！」

那些门徒就对他说：“我们已经看见主了。”多马却说：“我非看见他手上的钉痕，用指头探入那钉痕，又用手探入他的肋旁，我总不信。”

其他的门徒就对他说：“我们已经看见主了。”多马却对他们说：“除非我看见他手上的钉痕，用我的指头探入那钉痕，用我的手探入他的肋旁，我绝不信。”

其他门徒告诉他：“我们看见主了！”可是多马说：“除非我亲眼看见祂手上的钉痕，用手摸到祂手上的钉痕和祂的肋旁，否则我决不信。”

其他的门徒对他说：“我们已经见过主了。”多马对他们说：“除非我亲眼看见他手上的钉痕，用我的指头探入那钉痕，又用我的手探入他的肋旁，我决不相信。”

他徒爰告之曰：『吾儕已曾見主。』而多默應曰：『吾非目睹其手中釘蹟、非吾親探其釘穴、非吾親手撫其肋孔、吾決不輕信。』

So the other disciples told him,“ We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them,“ Unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my finger where the nails were, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.”

So they told him,“ We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them,“ First I must see the nail marks in his hands. I must put my finger where the nails were. I must put my hand into his side. Only then will I believe.”

So the other disciples told him,“ We have seen the Lord.” But he said to them,“ Unless I see in his hands the mark of the nails, and place my finger into the mark of the nails, and place my hand into his side, I will never believe.”

They told him,“ We have seen the Lord!” But he replied,“ I won’t believe it unless I see the nail wounds in his hands, put my fingers into them, and place my hand into the wound in his side.”

So the other disciples were telling him,“ We’ve seen the Lord!” But he said to them,“ If I don’t see the mark of the nails in his hands, put my finger into the mark of the nails, and put my hand into his side, I will never believe.”

So the other disciples were saying to him,“ We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them,“ Unless I see in His hands the imprint of the nails, and put my finger into the place of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe.”

The other disciples therefore said to him,“ We have seen the Lord.” So he said to them,“ Unless I see in His hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe.”

So the other disciples kept telling him,“ We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them,“ If I don’t see the mark of the nails in His hands, put my finger into the mark of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will never believe!”

The other disciples told him,“ We have seen the Lord!” But he replied,“ Unless I see the wounds from the nails in his hands, and put my finger into the wounds from the nails, and put my hand into his side, I will never believe it!”

The other disciples therefore said to him,“ We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them,“ Unless I see in his hands the print of the nails, put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.”

他們聽見耶穌活了，又被瑪麗亞看到了，卻是不相信。

他們就問：「那麼，你行個什麼神蹟，好讓我們看了就可以信你呢？你可以做什麼呢？

安得烈先去找自己的哥哥西門，對他說：「我們找到了彌賽亞。」——「彌賽亞」翻譯出來就是「基督」。

他們忘記了神是他們的拯救者——是他在埃及行了大事，是他在含族之地行了奇妙之事，在紅海行了可畏之事。所以他說要除滅他們；要不是他所揀選的摩西在他面前站在破口處，使他的怒火轉消，他早就毀掉他們了！他們厭棄那美好之地，不相信他的話語；

即使如此，他們還是犯罪，不相信他的奇妙作為。

他又向誰起誓說，他們絕不能進入他的安息呢？難道不是向那些不肯信從的人嗎？這樣我們就看出來：他們不能進入，是因不信的緣故。所以，既然那進入神安息的應許還存留，我們就該懼怕，免得我們當中有人看來達不到了。實際上，我們也是得以聽到福音的，就像他們那樣；但是他們所聽的話語對他們沒有益處，因為他們沒有因著信，與所聽的相配合。

我的義人將因信而活；如果他退縮，我的心就不喜悅他。」然而，我們不是退縮以致滅亡的人，而是有信仰以致保全靈魂的人。

「你們不可硬著心，像在米利巴，在曠野中瑪撒的日子一樣；在那裡，你們的祖先儘管看見了我的作為，還是試探我、試驗我。四十年之久，我厭惡了那世代，我說：『他們是心裡迷失的子民，他們不認識我的道路。』

耶穌對他們說：「唉，你們這些無知的人哪！對於信靠先知們所說的一切話，你們的心太遲鈍了！

弟兄們，你們要當心，免得你們中間有人存著不信的邪惡之心，以致離開永生的神。

耶穌所愛的那門徒對彼得說：「那是主！」當時，西門彼得赤著身子，一聽說是主，就把外衣繫上，跳進湖裡。

他們忘掉了他所行的，以及他顯明給他們的奇妙作為。他在埃及地，在瑣安的田野，在他們的祖先面前，行了奇妙的事。他將海分開，使他們過去，使眾水立起如壘。他白天用雲彩、整夜用火光引導他們。他在曠野使磐石裂開，給他們喝多如深淵的水。他讓水從巖石流出，如江河流下。可是他們又繼續對他犯罪，在那乾旱之地悖逆至高者。他們心中試探神，隨著自己的慾望索要食物。他們說反對神的話：「難道神能夠在曠野中擺設筵席嗎？看哪，雖然他曾擊打磐石、使水湧出、溪流漫溢，難道他還能夠賜下糧食嗎？還能為自己的子民預備肉嗎？」耶和華聽了就動怒，烈火向雅各燃起，怒氣也向以色列上騰；因為他們不相信神，也不依靠他的救恩。

說了這些話，她轉過身來，看見耶穌站在那裡，卻沒有認出他就是耶穌。耶穌說：「婦人，你為什麼哭呢？你在找誰？」瑪麗亞以為他是園丁，就對他說：「先生，如果是你把他抬走的，就請告訴我，你把他放在哪裡了，我好把他取回來。」耶穌對她說：「瑪麗亞！」她轉過身，用希伯來語對耶穌說：「拉波尼！」——這意思是「老師」。耶穌說：「不要碰我，因為我還沒有上到父那裡。你到我弟兄們那裡去告訴他們：我要上到我的父那裡，他也是你們的父；我要上到我的神那裡，他也是你們的神。」茉大拉的瑪麗亞就去告訴門徒們：「我看到主了！」她又把耶穌對她說的這些話告訴他們。那日，也就是一週的頭一天，傍晚的時候，門徒們所在地方的門戶已經關上了，因為他們怕那些猶太人。耶穌出現了，站在他們當中，對他們說：「願你們平安！」說了這話，他把手和肋旁給他們看。門徒們看見了主，就歡喜。

並且向磯法顯現，然後向十二使徒顯現，後來一次性地向五百多個弟兄顯現，其中大多數人至今還在，雖然也有些已經睡了；後來他向雅各顯現，再向所有的使徒顯現，最後也顯現給我——這個像是早產嬰兒一樣的人。

第三天，神使他復活，並且使他顯現，不是顯現給全體民眾，而是顯現給神預先選定的見證人，就是我們這些在他從死人中復活以後，與他一起吃、一起喝的人。

你們掛在木頭上殺害的耶穌，我們祖先的神已經使他復活了。神把這一位高舉在自己右邊做元首、做救主，為了將悔改的心賜給以色列，使罪得赦免。我們就是這些事的見證人。神所賜給那些順從他之人的聖靈也一同做見證。」

有些法利賽人和撒都該人前來試探耶穌，要求他把一個從天上來的神蹟顯給他們看。耶穌回答他們，說：「黃昏的時候你們說：『天要晴了，因為天色通紅』；清晨的時候你們說：『今天會有風雨，因為天色通紅又變得陰沉。』你們能分辨天象，卻不能分辨時代的徵兆。一個邪惡、淫亂的世代會尋求神蹟，可是除了約拿的神蹟以外，不會有神蹟賜給它了。」然後耶穌就離開他們走了。

大家都在說：「主真的復活了，並且已經向西門顯現了！」兩個人就把在路上所發生的，以及耶穌掰餅的時候怎樣被他們認出來的事，都述說了一遍。在他們說這些話的時候，耶穌親自站在他們當中，對他們說：「願你們平安！」他們就驚慌，感到害怕，以為看到了幽靈。耶穌對他們說：「你們為什麼驚慌不安？為什麼心裡起疑惑呢？你們看我的手、我的腳，確實是我。摸我看看！幽靈沒有骨，也沒有肉，你們看，我是有的。」說了這話，他就把手和腳給他們看。他們又驚又喜，還不敢相信的時候，耶穌對他們說：「你們這裡有什麼吃的嗎？」

「他救了別人，卻不能救自己！他是以色列的王！現在讓他從十字架上下來吧，這樣我們就信靠他！
