所以弟兄们，你们当知道：赦罪的道是由这人传给你们的，你们靠摩西的律法在不得称义的一切事上，每一个信靠这位耶稣的都得称义了。

耶稣见他们的信心，就对瘫子说：“孩子，你的罪赦了。”有几个文士坐在那里，心里议论，说：“这个人为什么这样说呢？他说亵渎的话了。除了上帝一位之外，谁能赦罪呢？”耶稣心中立刻知道他们心里这样议论，就说：“你们心里为什么这样议论呢？对瘫子说‘你的罪赦了’，或说‘起来！拿你的褥子行走’，哪一样容易呢？但要让你们知道，人子在地上有赦罪的权柄。”就对瘫子说：

这样的人受了大多数人的责备也就够了，倒不如赦免他，安慰他，免得他过分悲伤，甚至受不了啦！所以，我劝你们，要向他肯定你们的爱心。为此，我先前也写信给你们，正是要考验你们，看你们是否在一切事上都顺从我。你们赦免谁，我也赦免谁。我若有所赦免，是在基督面前为你们的缘故赦免的，

彼得对他们说：“你们各人要悔改，奉耶稣基督的名受洗，使你们的罪得赦免，就会领受所赐的圣灵。

其中有许米乃和亚历山大，我已经把他们交给撒但，让他们学会不再亵渎。

被建造在使徒和先知的根基上，而基督耶稣自己为房角石，
