所以弟兄们，你们当知道，赦罪之道是由这位耶稣传给你们的。在你们靠摩西律法不能称义的一切事上，信靠他的人就得称义了。

耶稣看见他们的信心，就对瘫子说：“孩子，你的罪赦了。”当时有几个经学家也坐在那里，心里议论说：“这个人为什么这样说话？他说僭妄的话了。除了神一位以外，谁能赦罪呢？”耶稣心里立刻知道他们这样议论，就对他们说：“你们心里为什么议论这事？对瘫子说‘你的罪赦了’，或说‘起来，拿着你的褥子走’，哪一样容易呢？然而为了要你们知道人子在地上有赦罪的权柄，（他就对瘫子说：）

这样的人受了许多人的责备，也就够了，倒不如饶恕他，安慰他，免得他因忧愁过度而受不了。所以，我劝你们要向他确实显明你们的爱心。为这缘故，我写了那封信，要考验你们是不是凡事都顺从。你们饶恕谁，我也饶恕谁；我所饶恕了的（如果我饶恕过什么），是为了你们在基督面前饶恕的，

彼得说：“你们应当悔改，并且每一个人都要奉耶稣基督的名受洗，使你们的罪得赦，就必领受圣灵，那白白的恩典。

他们当中有许米乃和亚历山大，我已经把他们交给撒但，使他们受管教不再亵渎。

就是当你们奉我们主耶稣的名聚集在一起，我的灵在那里，我们主耶稣的权能也同在的时候，

并且建造在使徒和先知的根基上，基督耶稣自己就是奠基石，
