“ I assure you: You will weep and wail, but the world will rejoice. You will become sorrowful, but your sorrow will turn to joy.

Touch Me and see, because a ghost does not have flesh and bones as you can see I have.”Having said this, He showed them His hands and feet.But while they still were amazed and unbelieving because of their joy, He asked them,“ Do you have anything here to eat?”

So, departing quickly from the tomb with fear and great joy, they ran to tell His disciples the news.

He will destroy death forever. The Lord God will wipe away the tears from every face and remove His people’s disgrace from the whole earth, for the Lord has spoken.On that day it will be said,“ Look, this is our God; we have waited for Him, and He has saved us. This is the Lord; we have waited for Him. Let us rejoice and be glad in His salvation.”
