Jesus said to the servants,“ Fill the jars with water”; so they filled them to the brim.

And Elisha said unto her, What shall I do for thee? tell me; what hast thou in the house? And she said, Thy handmaid hath not anything in the house, save a pot of oil.Then he said, Go, borrow thee vessels abroad of all thy neighbors, even empty vessels; borrow not a few.And thou shalt go in, and shut the door upon thee and upon thy sons, and pour out into all those vessels; and thou shalt set aside that which is full.So she went from him, and shut the door upon her and upon her sons; they brought the vessels to her, and she poured out.And it came to pass, when the vessels were full, that she said unto her son, Bring me yet a vessel. And he said unto her, There is not a vessel more. And the oil stayed.

And Elijah said unto her, Fear not; go and do as thou hast said; but make me thereof a little cake first, and bring it forth unto me, and afterward make for thee and for thy son.

and saith unto them, Go your way into the village that is over against you: and straightway as ye enter into it, ye shall find a colt tied, whereon no man ever yet sat; loose him, and bring him.And if any one say unto you, Why do ye this? say ye, The Lord hath need of him; and straightway he will send him back hither.And they went away, and found a colt tied at the door without in the open street; and they loose him.And certain of them that stood there said unto them, What do ye, loosing the colt?And they said unto them even as Jesus had said: and they let them go.

And ye shall compass the city, all the men of war, going about the city once. Thus shalt thou do six days.And seven priests shall bear seven trumpets of rams’ horns before the ark: and the seventh day ye shall compass the city seven times, and the priests shall blow the trumpets.And it shall be, that, when they make a long blast with the ram’s horn, and when ye hear the sound of the trumpet, all the people shall shout with a great shout; and the wall of the city shall fall down flat, and the people shall go up every man straight before him.

And Elisha sent a messenger unto him, saying, Go and wash in the Jordan seven times, and thy flesh shall come again to thee, and thou shalt be clean.But Naaman was wroth, and went away, and said, Behold, I thought, He will surely come out to me, and stand, and call on the name of Jehovah his God, and wave his hand over the place, and recover the leper.Are not Abanah and Pharpar, the rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? may I not wash in them, and be clean? So he turned and went away in a rage.And his servants came near, and spake unto him, and said, My father, if the prophet had bid thee do some great thing, wouldest thou not have done it? how much rather then, when he saith to thee, Wash, and be clean?Then went he down, and dipped himself seven times in the Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God; and his flesh came again like unto the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.

And on the first day of unleavened bread, when they sacrificed the passover, his disciples say unto him, Where wilt thou that we go and make ready that thou mayest eat the passover?And he sendeth two of his disciples, and saith unto them, Go into the city, and there shall meet you a man bearing a pitcher of water: follow him;and wheresoever he shall enter in, say to the master of the house, The Teacher saith, Where is my guest- chamber, where I shall eat the passover with my disciples?And he will himself show you a large upper room furnished and ready: and there make ready for us.And the disciples went forth, and came into the city, and found as he had said unto them: and they made ready the passover.And when it was evening he cometh with the twelve.

And Jehovah sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.And the people came to Moses, and said, We have sinned, because we have spoken against Jehovah, and against thee; pray unto Jehovah, that he take away the serpents from us. And Moses prayed for the people.And Jehovah said unto Moses, Make thee a fiery serpent, and set it upon a standard: and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he seeth it, shall live.And Moses made a serpent of brass, and set it upon the standard: and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he looked unto the serpent of brass, he lived.

And when the wine failed, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine.

But an angel of the Lord spake unto Philip, saying, Arise, and go toward the south unto the way that goeth down from Jerusalem unto Gaza: the same is desert.And he arose and went: and behold, a man of Ethiopia, a eunuch of great authority under Candace, queen of the Ethiopians, who was over all her treasure, who had come to Jerusalem to worship;and he was returning and sitting in his chariot, and was reading the prophet Isaiah.And the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot.And Philip ran to him, and heard him reading Isaiah the prophet, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest?And he said, How can I, except some one shall guide me? And he besought Philip to come up and sit with him.Now the passage of the scripture which he was reading was this, He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; And as a lamb before his shearer is dumb, So he openeth not his mouth:In his humiliation his judgment was taken away: His generation who shall declare? For his life is taken from the earth.And the eunuch answered Philip, and said, I pray thee, of whom speaketh the prophet this? of himself, or of some other?And Philip opened his mouth, and beginning from this scripture, preached unto him Jesus.And as they went on the way, they came unto a certain water; and the eunuch saith, Behold, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?

His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.
