这时候，先来到墓穴的那另一个门徒也进去了。他看见了，就信了。原来，他们从来没有明白过经上所说“他必须从死人中复活”的那句话。

我就想起了主如此说的话，‘约翰用水施洗，但你们将要受圣灵的洗。’

耶稣对他们说：“这就是我还与你们在一起的时候，对你们说过的话：摩西的律法、先知书和诗篇上所记的有关我的一切事，都必须应验。”
