For our momentary light affliction is producing for us an absolutely incomparable eternal weight of glory.

Go, eat your bread with pleasure, and drink your wine with a cheerful heart, for God has already accepted your works.

A huge crowd was following him because they saw the signs that he was performing by healing the sick.

Declare his glory among the nations, his wondrous works among all peoples.

If you don’t listen, and if you don’t take it to heart to honor my name,” says the LORD of Armies,“ I will send a curse among you, and I will curse your blessings. In fact, I have already begun to curse them because you are not taking it to heart.

Blessed be his glorious name forever; the whole earth is filled with his glory. Amen and amen.

You said,‘ Look, the LORD our God has shown us his glory and greatness, and we have heard his voice from the fire. Today we have seen that God speaks with a person, yet he still lives.

so that all people may honor the Son just as they honor the Father. Anyone who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent him.

Whatever you ask in my name, I will do it so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

We all, with unveiled faces, are looking as in a mirror at the glory of the Lord and are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory; this is from the Lord who is the Spirit.

For God who said,“ Let light shine out of darkness,” has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of God’s glory in the face of Jesus Christ.

Jesus said to him,“ Have I been among you all this time and you do not know me, Philip? The one who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say,‘ Show us the Father’?Don’t you believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words I speak to you I do not speak on my own. The Father who lives in me does his works.Believe me that I am in the Father and the Father is in me. Otherwise, believe because of the works themselves.
