我告訴你們，經上所記「他被算跟不法之人同列」這句話是必須實現在我身上的；其實呢、那關於我的事是正要有個結束呢。』

耶穌帶着那十二個人到一邊，對他們說：『看吧，我們上耶路撒冷，凡藉着神言人所寫的事都必完成在人子身上。

既作完了經上所記關於他的一切事，就從木架上給取下來，安放在墳墓裏。

逾越節期以前、耶穌知道他的鐘點——他離開這世界、往父那裏去的鐘點——已經到了。他既愛世界上屬自己的人，就愛他們到底。

耶穌知道所要臨到自己的一切事，就出來，問他們說：『你們找誰？』

他們在榮光中出現，談論耶穌的去世，就是耶穌在耶路撒冷將要成就的事。

我有該受的洗，我是多麼迫切、直到完成啊！
