然後他對那門徒說：“看！你的母親。”從那時起，那門徒就把她接到自己的家裡去了。

又对那门徒说：“看，你的母亲！”从此，那门徒就接她到自己家里去了。

然后对门徒说：“看啊，她是你的母亲。”从那天起，那个门徒就把她接到自己家里去了。

又謂門徒曰、視爾母、自是門徒接之以歸、○

又謂門徒曰、是乃爾母、由是、門徒奉之歸、○

又告此門徒曰、是乃爾母、自是此門徒接耶穌之母、居於己家、

次謂徒曰：『此汝母也！』是後徒乃迎養於其家。

and to the disciple,“ Here is your mother.” From that time on, this disciple took her into his home.

He then said to his disciple,“ Look, here is your mother!” From that very time the disciple took her into his own home.

看哪，時候要到，而且已經到了，你們要分散，各人到自己的地方去，只留下我獨自一個人。其實我不是獨自一個人，因為有父與我同在。

他到自己的地方來，自己的人卻不接受他。

勸年老的婦人好像勸母親；存著純潔的心，勸青年女子好像勸姊妹。要敬重供養那些無依無靠的寡婦。寡婦若有兒孫，就應當讓兒孫先在自己家裡學習孝道，報答親恩，因為這在神面前是蒙悅納的。

他回答那人：“誰是我的母親？誰是我的弟兄？”他伸手指著門徒說：“你看，我的母親，我的弟兄！凡是遵行我天父旨意的，就是我的弟兄、姊妹和母親了。”

孩子們，我們愛人，不要只在言語和舌頭上，總要在行動和真誠上表現出來。這樣，我們就知道我們是屬於真理的。即使我們的心責備我們，在神面前我們也可以心安理得，因為他比我們的心大，他知道一切。

於是四面觀看那些圍坐的人，說：“你們看，我的母親！我的弟兄！

這樣看來，差派我到這裡來的，不是你們，而是神。他立我作法老之父，作他全家之主，又作全埃及地的首相。

王要回答他們：‘我實在告訴你們，你們所作的，只要是作在我一個最小的弟兄身上，就是作在我的身上了。’

約瑟照著孩子的數目，用糧食供養他的父親、兄弟們，以及父親的家人。
