Jesus answered him, Thou wouldest have no power against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath greater sin.

耶稣回答说：“若不是从上头赐给你的，你就毫无权柄办我。所以，把我交给你的那人罪更重了。”

耶稣回答：“如果权柄不是从上面赐给你的，你就对我没有任何权柄。所以，把我交给你的人有更大的罪。”

耶穌回答說：「若不是從上頭賜給你的，你就毫無權柄辦我。所以，把我交給你的那人罪更重了。」

耶穌回答：「如果權柄不是從上面賜給你的，你就對我沒有任何權柄。所以，把我交給你的人有更大的罪。」

耶穌曰、非自上賜爾、爾則無權於我、故以我付爾者、罪尤大也、

耶穌曰、非自上賜、爾則無權治我、故賣我者罪益大、

耶穌曰、非自上賜爾、則爾無權治我、故解我於爾者、其罪更大、

耶穌對曰：『設非自天所授、爾亦焉能有權於我哉！是故交予於爾者、厥罪尤大。』

Jesus answered,“ You would have no power over me if it were not given to you from above. Therefore the one who handed me over to you is guilty of a greater sin.”

Jesus answered,“ You were given power from heaven. If you weren’t, you would have no power over me. So the one who handed me over to you is guilty of a greater sin.”

Jesus answered him,“ You would have no authority over me at all unless it had been given you from above. Therefore he who delivered me over to you has the greater sin.”

Then Jesus said,“ You would have no power over me at all unless it were given to you from above. So the one who handed me over to you has the greater sin.”

“ You would have no authority over me at all,” Jesus answered him,“ if it hadn’t been given you from above. This is why the one who handed me over to you has the greater sin.”

Jesus answered him,“ You would have no authority over Me at all, if it had not been given to you from above; for this reason the one who handed Me over to you has the greater sin.”

Jesus answered,“ You could have no power at all against Me unless it had been given you from above. Therefore the one who delivered Me to you has the greater sin.”

“ You would have no authority over Me at all,” Jesus answered him,“ if it hadn’t been given you from above. This is why the one who handed Me over to you has the greater sin.”

Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power[ at all] against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin.

Jesus replied,“ You would have no authority over me at all, unless it was given to you from above. Therefore the one who handed me over to you is guilty of greater sin.”

Jesus answered,“ You would have no power at all against me, unless it were given to you from above. Therefore he who delivered me to you has greater sin.”

Let every soul be in subjection to the higher powers: for there is no power but of God; and the powers that be are ordained of God.

John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, except it have been given him from heaven.

They sought therefore to take him: and no man laid his hand on him, because his hour was not yet come.

him, being delivered up by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye by the hand of lawless men did crucify and slay:

God hath spoken once, Twice have I heard this, That power belongeth unto God.

And God sent me before you to preserve you a remnant in the earth, and to save you alive by a great deliverance.So now it was not you that sent me hither, but God: and he hath made me a father to Pharaoh, and lord of all his house, and ruler over all the land of Egypt.

For of him, and through him, and unto him, are all things. To him be the glory for ever. Amen.

The sentence is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones; to the intent that the living may know that the Most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the lowest of men.

I have made the earth, the men and the beasts that are upon the face of the earth, by my great power and by my outstretched arm; and I give it unto whom it seemeth right unto me.And now have I given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, my servant; and the beasts of the field also have I given him to serve him.And all the nations shall serve him, and his son, and his son’s son, until the time of his own land come: and then many nations and great kings shall make him their bondman.And it shall come to pass, that the nation and the kingdom which will not serve the same Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and that will not put their neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, that nation will I punish, saith Jehovah, with the sword, and with the famine, and with the pestilence, until I have consumed them by his hand.

to do whatsoever thy hand and thy council foreordained to come to pass.

The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Servant Jesus; whom ye delivered up, and denied before the face of Pilate, when he had determined to release him.

and thou shalt be driven from men; and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field; thou shalt be made to eat grass as oxen; and seven times shall pass over thee; until thou know that the Most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will.

And bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.

and all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing; and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth; and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, neither shadow that is cast by turning.

And that servant, who knew his lord’s will, and made not ready, nor did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes;but he that knew not, and did things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. And to whomsoever much is given, of him shall much be required: and to whom they commit much, of him will they ask the more.

and he was driven from the sons of men, and his heart was made like the beasts’, and his dwelling was with the wild asses; he was fed with grass like oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven; until he knew that the Most High God ruleth in the kingdom of men, and that he setteth up over it whomsoever he will.

Judas then, having received the band of soldiers, and officers from the chief priests and the Pharisees, cometh thither with lanterns and torches and weapons.

I was dumb, I opened not my mouth; Because thou didst it.

and they bound him, and led him away, and delivered him up to Pilate the governor.

But a certain one of them, Caiaphas, being high priest that year, said unto them, Ye know nothing at all,nor do ye take account that it is expedient for you that one man should die for the people, and that the whole nation perish not.

Who is he that saith, and it cometh to pass, when the Lord commandeth it not?

To him therefore that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

Even the dust from your city, that cleaveth to our feet, we wipe off against you: nevertheless know this, that the kingdom of God is come nigh.I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable in that day for Sodom, than for that city.Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon, which were done in you, they would have repented long ago, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.But it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon in the judgment, than for you.

For as touching those who were once enlightened and tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Spirit,and tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the age to come,and then fell away, it is impossible to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.For the land which hath drunk the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them for whose sake it is also tilled, receiveth blessing from God:but if it beareth thorns and thistles, it is rejected and nigh unto a curse; whose end is to be burned.

They lead Jesus therefore from Caiaphas into the Prætorium: and it was early; and they themselves entered not into the Prætorium, that they might not be defiled, but might eat the passover.Pilate therefore went out unto them, and saith, What accusation bring ye against this man?They answered and said unto him, If this man were not an evil- doer, we should not have delivered him up unto thee.Pilate therefore said unto them, Take him yourselves, and judge him according to your law. The Jews said unto him, It is not lawful for us to put any man to death:that the word of Jesus might be fulfilled, which he spake, signifying by what manner of death he should die.

Jesus said unto them, If ye were blind, ye would have no sin: but now ye say, We see: your sin remaineth.

If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no excuse for their sin.He that hateth me hateth my Father also.If I had not done among them the works which none other did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.

A certain lender had two debtors: the one owed five hundred shillings, and the other fifty.When they had not wherewith to pay, he forgave them both. Which of them therefore will love him most?

Thine, O Jehovah, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heavens and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O Jehovah, and thou art exalted as head above all.

When I was daily with you in the temple, ye stretched not forth your hands against me: but this is your hour, and the power of darkness.

For I will this time send all my plagues upon thy heart, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people; that thou mayest know that there is none like me in all the earth.For now I had put forth my hand, and smitten thee and thy people with pestilence, and thou hadst been cut off from the earth:but in very deed for this cause have I made thee to stand, to show thee my power, and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth.

Now he that betrayed him had given them a token, saying, Whomsoever I shall kiss, that is he; take him, and lead him away safely.

Then the high priest rent his garments, saying, He hath spoken blasphemy: what further need have we of witnesses? behold, now ye have heard the blasphemy:
