Jesus answered him,“ I have spoken openly to the world. I have always taught in synagogues and in the temple, where all Jews come together. I have said nothing in secret.

耶稣说：“我是公开对世人讲的，我常在犹太人聚集的会堂和圣殿教导人，没有在背地里讲过什么。

耶稣对大祭司说：“我向来对世人讲话都是公开的，我常常在会堂和圣殿里，就是在所有犹太人聚集的地方教导人，暗地里我并没有讲什么。

耶稣回答他：“我一向公开地对世人讲话。我总是在会堂和圣殿，就是所有犹太人聚集的地方教导人。我没有在隐秘中讲过什么。

耶穌回答他說：『我從來是坦然公開地向世人講話；我常常在會堂在殿裏、眾猶太人聚集的地方、教訓人，並沒有在隱密中講甚麼呀。

耶穌回答他：「我一向公開地對世人講話。我總是在會堂和聖殿，就是所有猶太人聚集的地方教導人。我沒有在隱祕中講過什麼。

耶穌曰、我明言於世、恆訓於會堂、及殿間、即猶太人咸集之處、隱中則無所言、

耶穌曰、我於世既明示之矣、我常誨於會堂殿間、猶太人恆集之處、我無私語、

耶穌答曰、我顯然講道於世、常教誨在會堂、及聖殿、猶太人恆集之所、我並無言於隱者、

耶穌對曰：『予向公開言論、施訓會堂聖殿中、此皆猶太人會集之所、未嘗言之於隱、

“ I have spoken openly to the world,” Jesus replied.“ I always taught in synagogues or at the temple, where all the Jews come together. I said nothing in secret.

Jesus replied,“ Everyone knows what I teach. I have preached regularly in the synagogues and the Temple, where the people gather. I have not spoken in secret.

Jesus answered him,“ I have spoken openly to the world; I always taught in synagogues and in the temple area, where all the Jews congregate; and I said nothing in secret.

Jesus answered him,“ I spoke openly to the world. I always taught in synagogues and in the temple, where the Jews always meet, and in secret I have said nothing.

Jesus answered him, I have spoken openly to the world; I ever taught in synagogues, and in the temple, where all the Jews come together; and in secret spake I nothing.

“ I have spoken openly to the world,” Jesus answered him.“ I have always taught in the synagogue and in the temple complex, where all the Jews congregate, and I haven’t spoken anything in secret.

Jesus answered him, I spake openly to the world; I ever taught in the synagogue, and in the temple, whither the Jews always resort; and in secret have I said nothing.

Jesus replied,“ I have spoken publicly to the world. I always taught in the synagogues and in the temple courts, where all the Jewish people assemble together. I have said nothing in secret.

Jesus answered him,“ I spoke openly to the world. I always taught in synagogues, and in the temple, where the Jews always meet. I said nothing in secret.

And here he is, speaking openly, and they say nothing to him! Can it be that the authorities really know that this is the Christ?

And he went throughout all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and every affliction among the people.

Draw near to me, hear this: from the beginning I have not spoken in secret, from the time it came to be I have been there.” And now the Lord God has sent me, and his Spirit.

I did not speak in secret, in a land of darkness; I did not say to the offspring of Jacob,‘ Seek me in vain.’ I the Lord speak the truth; I declare what is right.

At that hour Jesus said to the crowds,“ Have you come out as against a robber, with swords and clubs to capture me? Day after day I sat in the temple teaching, and you did not seize me.

So, if they say to you,‘ Look, he is in the wilderness,’ do not go out. If they say,‘ Look, he is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it.

I have much to say about you and much to judge, but he who sent me is true, and I declare to the world what I have heard from him.”

And every day he was teaching in the temple, but at night he went out and lodged on the mount called Olivet.

Early in the morning he came again to the temple. All the people came to him, and he sat down and taught them.

and Jesus was walking in the temple, in the colonnade of Solomon.So the Jews gathered around him and said to him,“ How long will you keep us in suspense? If you are the Christ, tell us plainly.”Jesus answered them,“ I told you, and you do not believe. The works that I do in my Father’s name bear witness about me,but you do not believe because you are not among my sheep.My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand.My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand.I and the Father are one.”The Jews picked up stones again to stone him.Jesus answered them,“ I have shown you many good works from the Father; for which of them are you going to stone me?”The Jews answered him,“ It is not for a good work that we are going to stone you but for blasphemy, because you, being a man, make yourself God.”Jesus answered them,“ Is it not written in your Law,‘ I said, you are gods’?If he called them gods to whom the word of God came— and Scripture cannot be broken—do you say of him whom the Father consecrated and sent into the world,‘ You are blaspheming,’ because I said,‘ I am the Son of God’?If I am not doing the works of my Father, then do not believe me;but if I do them, even though you do not believe me, believe the works, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me and I am in the Father.”Again they sought to arrest him, but he escaped from their hands.

So Jesus proclaimed, as he taught in the temple,“ You know me, and you know where I come from. But I have not come of my own accord. He who sent me is true, and him you do not know.

I will tell of your name to my brothers; in the midst of the congregation I will praise you:

And he entered the temple and began to drive out those who sold,saying to them,“ It is written,‘ My house shall be a house of prayer,’ but you have made it a den of robbers.”And he was teaching daily in the temple. The chief priests and the scribes and the principal men of the people were seeking to destroy him,

One day, as Jesus was teaching the people in the temple and preaching the gospel, the chief priests and the scribes with the elders came upand said to him,“ Tell us by what authority you do these things, or who it is that gave you this authority.”He answered them,“ I also will ask you a question. Now tell me,was the baptism of John from heaven or from man?”And they discussed it with one another, saying,“ If we say,‘ From heaven,’ he will say,‘ Why did you not believe him?’But if we say,‘ From man,’ all the people will stone us to death, for they are convinced that John was a prophet.”So they answered that they did not know where it came from.And Jesus said to them,“ Neither will I tell you by what authority I do these things.”

And Jesus went throughout all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and every affliction.

About the middle of the feast Jesus went up into the temple and began teaching.

For the king knows about these things, and to him I speak boldly. For I am persuaded that none of these things has escaped his notice, for this has not been done in a corner.

For no one works in secret if he seeks to be known openly. If you do these things, show yourself to the world.”

And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified by all.

I have told the glad news of deliverance in the great congregation; behold, I have not restrained my lips, as you know, O Lord.

Then the high priest tore his robes and said,“ He has uttered blasphemy. What further witnesses do we need? You have now heard his blasphemy.

And when he entered the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came up to him as he was teaching, and said,“ By what authority are you doing these things, and who gave you this authority?”Jesus answered them,“ I also will ask you one question, and if you tell me the answer, then I also will tell you by what authority I do these things.The baptism of John, from where did it come? From heaven or from man?” And they discussed it among themselves, saying,“ If we say,‘ From heaven,’ he will say to us,‘ Why then did you not believe him?’But if we say,‘ From man,’ we are afraid of the crowd, for they all hold that John was a prophet.”So they answered Jesus,“ We do not know.” And he said to them,“ Neither will I tell you by what authority I do these things.
