左右見事急、謂耶穌曰：『主、可舉劍以擊乎？』一徒擊總司祭僕、削其右耳、耶穌曰：『且容之。』輕撫其人之耳而愈之。

時耶穌從者某、拔刀砍大司祭僕、削其耳。耶穌曰：『納爾刀於鞘！蓋操刀者必傷於刀也。汝試思之、予豈不能求之吾父、即遣十二營以上之天神以臨之？如是則經所載必經之事、又將安從而應驗耶？』

會有總司祭僕、乃被伯鐸祿削去一耳者之族人、指之曰：『吾曾見汝與彼、豈非同在山園者乎？』

耶穌曰：『吾實告汝、今宵雞未二嗚、行見爾三不認予矣！』

伯鐸祿對曰：『主乎、吾即偕子入獄、同子致命、亦所不辭。』
