And now, Father, glorify me at your side with the glory I had with you before the world was created.

If anyone wants to serve me, he must follow me, and where I am, my servant will be too. If anyone serves me, the Father will honor him.

And we all, with unveiled faces reflecting the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another, which is from the Lord, who is the Spirit.

For God, who said“ Let light shine out of darkness,” is the one who shined in our hearts to give us the light of the glorious knowledge of God in the face of Christ.

Now the Word became flesh and took up residence among us. We saw his glory– the glory of the one and only, full of grace and truth, who came from the Father.

And if I go and make ready a place for you, I will come again and take you to be with me, so that where I am you may be too.

that I may cause those who love me to inherit wealth, and that I may fill their treasuries.The LORD created me as the beginning of his works, before his deeds of long ago.From eternity I was appointed, from the beginning, from before the world existed.When there were no deep oceans I was born, when there were no springs overflowing with water;before the mountains were set in place– before the hills– I was born,before he made the earth and its fields, or the beginning of the dust of the world.When he established the heavens, I was there; when he marked out the horizon over the face of the deep,when he established the clouds above, when the fountains of the deep grew strong,when he gave the sea his decree that the waters should not pass over his command, when he marked out the foundations of the earth,then I was beside him as a master craftsman, and I was his delight day by day, rejoicing before him at all times,rejoicing in the habitable part of his earth, and delighting in its people.

Then we who are alive, who are left, will be suddenly caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will always be with the Lord.

Then the king will say to those on his right,‘ Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.

For now we see in a mirror indirectly, but then we will see face to face. Now I know in part, but then I will know fully, just as I have been fully known.

I will grant the one who conquers permission to sit with me on my throne, just as I too conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne.

Now I saw no temple in the city, because the Lord God– the All- Powerful– and the Lamb are its temple.

I feel torn between the two, because I have a desire to depart and be with Christ, which is better by far,

And Jesus said to him,“ I tell you the truth, today you will be with me in paradise.”

His master answered,‘ Well done, good and faithful slave! You have been faithful in a few things. I will put you in charge of many things. Enter into the joy of your master.’

So tell my father about all my honor in Egypt and about everything you have seen. But bring my father down here quickly!”

Thus we are full of courage and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord.

“ You are the ones who have remained with me in my trials.Thus I grant to you a kingdom, just as my Father granted to me,that you may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and you will sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

I tell you, from now on I will not drink of this fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom.”

Blessed are those slaves whom their master finds alert when he returns! I tell you the truth, he will dress himself to serve, have them take their place at the table, and will come and wait on them!

His master answered,‘ Well done, good and faithful slave! You have been faithful with a few things. I will put you in charge of many things. Enter into the joy of your master.’

So I said to him,“ My lord, you know the answer.” Then he said to me,“ These are the ones who have come out of the great tribulation. They have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb!For this reason they are before the throne of God, and they serve him day and night in his temple, and the one seated on the throne will shelter them.They will never go hungry or be thirsty again, and the sun will not beat down on them, nor any burning heat,because the Lamb in the middle of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to springs of living water, and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”
