耶稣又说：“愿你们平安！父怎样差遣我，我也照样差遣你们。”

这永生就是，认识你——独一的真神，并且认识你所差来的耶稣基督。

因为我已经把你赐给我的道赐给他们，他们也接受了，并且确实知道我是从你那里来的，也相信是你差遣了我。

所以我们现在是基督的大使，可以说上帝正借着我们发出呼求。我们替基督恳求你们：要与上帝和好！

公义的父啊！世界还未认识你以前，我已经认识你了，这些人也知道是你差我来的。

使他们都合而为一，正如父你在我里面，我在你里面一样，并且使他们也在我们里面，好让世人相信是你差我来的。

上帝运用大能赐给我恩典，叫我成为这福音的使者。

“看啊，我派先知、智者和律法教师到你们当中，有的会遭到你们的杀害，被你们钉在十字架上；有的会在会堂里被你们鞭打，被你们从这城追到那城。

主耶和华的灵在我身上，因为耶和华膏立了我，让我传福音给贫穷的人，差遣我医治伤心的人，宣告被掳的人得释放、被囚的人得自由；宣告我们上帝耶和华的恩年和祂报仇的日子，安慰一切悲哀的人；以华冠取代锡安哀伤者头上的灰尘，以喜乐的膏油取代他们的哀伤，以颂赞的外袍取代他们的沮丧。他们将被称为耶和华所栽种的公义橡树，以彰显祂的荣耀。

耶稣差遣这十二个人出去，嘱咐他们：“外族人的地方不要去，撒玛利亚人的城镇也不要进，

我派你们去收割那些你们没有劳作的庄稼，别人劳苦，你们享受他们劳苦的成果。”
