今予歸父、而猶遺言於世者、欲使吾心之樂、沛然充溢於若輩之心也。

而致景仰於耶穌乎？耶穌者、乃吾人信德之金聲玉振也。曩者彼為前途不可思議之神樂、

若夫聖神之果、則為仁愛、神樂、安怡、忍耐、慈祥、良善、忠信、

吾不憚諄諄以此誨爾者、惟欲使爾親嘗吾樂、則爾之樂、亦將沛然充溢矣。

夫人娶婦而為新壻、新壻之友立而待之、聞其音則洋洋而喜。今者吾樂之沛然充溢、亦復如是。

是故爾目前雖感憂苦、迨予重復見爾、則爾必欣然而樂、爾心之樂、人莫奪焉。是日爾將無所問於予矣。予切實語爾爾有所祈於父、父必以予名義、賜之於爾。爾向未托予名義以求、求則必受、爾樂充溢。

錫彼收穫樂。償彼耕耘淚。

究竟天主之國、不在飲食、惟在正義和平、與夫怡然自得於聖神之中耳。

耶穌心知聖父已將萬有付於己手、亦知己之來自天主、而歸於天主也、

使盤桓於聖壇兮。養吾心之怡怡。將撫琴以歌詠兮。樂陽春之熙熙。

予以此語爾、俾爾因予而得平安。爾在人世、固有患難、惟勿因是而餒、予已克勝人世矣。』諭畢、耶穌舉目向天曰：『父、時至矣！榮爾子、俾子歸榮於父！
